I had a very pleasant experience working with Darin. He was very helpful and very informative. He was also able to answer any questions that we had. I admired his patience and commitment!

Chris Scull was our sales consultant. He was attentive and offered to help as we entered. When we shared what we were looking for, a sofa with microfiber due to our cats, he directed us the the area on the floor where several sofas with micro fiber were displayed.
He didn’t hover but did check in from time to time. When we indicated we saw a sofa we liked but wasn’t upholstered in microfiber he facilitated a special order with the ability for us to think about the purchase for a couple of days before committing to the purchase.
This was perfect for us as it provided us the time to map out the dimensions in our sun room and visualize the purchase in our room. We committed to the special order and appreciated the consultative low pressure approach.

David in the Newington store was very helpful.

Staff was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. We didn't feel rushed or pressured. Of course it helped that we had done some research and measuring ahead of time. We plan to return for other purchases. It's nice to have a number to call if you need help or information. Imagine! A real person, not a choose your option voice mail.

Carlos is the opposite of a "pushy salesperson" He was extremely patient with me while I took my time to be sure I was satisfied with my new Aireloom mattress. He exemplifies good customer service. He is an excellent employee who focuses on the customer because if I wanted my mattress sooner when he was out of the office, he was willing to only take 50% just so I my expectations were met. I couldnt do that because of the great customer service he gave me up to that point. I came back when he was at the store and it was a win-win. I am extremely satisfied and called him to let me know.You have a great employee working for you!!!!!

I was looking for two very firm mattresses that i needed immediately. I ordered on a sunday afternoon and they were here in my home by monday afternoon. Thank You!!!!!

The pickup process was simple and saved me a decent amount in shipping. In terms of the Luna shelf, it is a perfect size to keep my daughter’s school stuff (backpack, papers, ipad, jacket, etc) organized and classy looking.

Nice place to shop, sales people greet you but give you space to shop and browse. I hate places were you are constantly annoyed by overly “helpful” sales people. Also you have a great selection and great service
