Poor delivery-assembly-and customer…
Poor delivery-assembly-and customer service! I filed a complaint after numerous attempts of calling, being placed on hold for 30+ minutes, and no follow up and the problem is still not resolved. I am very disappointed in the customer service and you have probably lost a good customer.

Delivery guys in a hurry coming close to banging more with furniture. I had to remind them to put booties on their feet I have all carpet. When they finish setting the bed up the one guy pushed it with his knee up hard against the wall and marked the wall! Had similar experience when they delivered my desk. Good furniture store bad delivery experience

Tear in couch
The salesperson was very nice and helpful! We ended up spending over $6,000 on new furniture so we figured everything would be fine. The couch was delivered with a large tear in the arm that looked like it was sliced with a box cutter. Raymour said we had to wait over a week for a new one even though they had it in stock and the warehouse isn’t far from out house. I told the delivery crew to remove the damaged couch from my house. Not happy!

Furniture Experience
Bought some furniture at Raymour and Flanigan outlet and regular stores. Sean in Marlton Nj was a pleasure. He helped me find the furniture and asked me questions in order to make sure that the furniture would fit and what I wanted. We wore masks and I felt very comfortable and safe. I walked the store in the beginning of my visit And met up with Sean And he spoke in detail about the pieces I liked. I then drove to the other R and F and looked at a couch I was interested in. Ian helped me out and I purchased the couch. Both orders will be coordinated and delivered at one time. Can’t beat that.

Much larger and nicer than I expected. (And I like R&F!) Lots of choices. Nick was great. No pressure and very helpful.
