I bought a couch today at Raymour & Flanagan located at 2560 Flatbush Avenue Brooklyn. I was impressed with Nadine, the salesperson. She was professional, knowledgeable, extremely helpful in my decision making and was pleasant to deal with. It is rare to come across someone so personable as she was. I highly recommend this location and working with Nadine.

Online Pick Up Times Not Honored
Shopped online for pickup scheduled over the weekend. What they neglect to tell you is that the store only has two truck delivery days, so depending on when the order was placed, there was no way it would have been there for the scheduled pickup. Wasted my time going to the store and now have to find time during the work week to go pick it up, would have never shipped it there if this was stated.
