Raymour & Flanigan store is worth the price
My experience in the outlet was not good 1 of 2 salesmen was extremely rude and impatient. That prompted me to go to the main store, where I was serviced by a wonderful salesman who assisted me with the purchase with of my bedroom set. He was patient, kind and informative. He made up for the salesmen in the outlet who were very unprofessional.His name was Dayo Olawusi, what an asset to Raymour & Flanigan. A true professional person!

Criminal Warranty Practices & Complicant Staff
In Nov 2021 I purchased $17k worth of furniture from this store to furnished a new home. Purchased 1 bedroom set, 1 sectional & 2 daybed, yes that is it & it was that much. I purchased the 5 year warranty with the furniture just in case & it put in a claim for 2 of the recliners on my sectional in 3/2025
On 3/29/25 a service tech came assessed 1 chair should be replaced as the seat was caving in, and the arm was coming away from the chair BUT that R&F rarely approves bc the chair isn't basically destroyed. Hello had it been, that would be user abuse & they still wouldn't approve bc it's in the warranty. Today 3/31/25 a service rep called with an update & stated there is NO DAMAGE & what is present in 'normal wear & tear.' How on earth is a caving seat, springs that pop, creak & make noice anytime the chair is used and arm coming away from the frame (can feel the bolts on the side of the cushion) NORMAL?!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM FIND ANOTHER STORE!!!

Sales associate Cathy Malone was excellent. She went to great lengths to figure out exactly what it was that we liked and match us with just the right product. There was no high pressure, only a responsiveness to our needs.

Terrible experience
I have been hesitant to write this review, but I want other people to know what can happen. We went into the store in December to buy a new mattress and bedroom set: an Avocado King mattress and the Meade bedroom set. Our sales associate, Joe G, was very helpful in getting us set up even though our sleigh bedframe wasn't going to be coming in for about a month. He sold us an adjustable base and said that it would be fine to just put that on the platform bed once we received it. The bed frame came last week and almost immediately after the delivery team left, my husband and I realized that the support legs underneath the bed frame were crooked and not making contact with the floor. I guess we should have crawled under the bed to check, but have never purchased anything from Raymour and Flanigan and didn't realize that something like this could happen. We called and Joe recommended a technician come out. A technician came out on 1/31/2025 and said that the adjustable base was too heavy for the bed frame. So we called Joe and he basically said, we don't do returns. So now we have been sold an adjustable base that is too heavy for the bedframe. We have the adjustable base leaning up against the wall in our bedroom because apparently Raymour and Flanigan doesn't do returns regardless if what you were sold isn't correct. We spent 5k for our new bedroom set, and are just really bummed that it wasn't what we were sold. I wouldn't recommend buying anything that you can't see in the store from Raymour and Flanigan. I will not shop at Raymour and Flanigan in the future and wouldn't recommend anyone else do so.

Salesperson Samantha was very patient didn’t rush me. She had to repeat something had no problem in doing so. She wasn’t on top of me when I first came in, but she let me know she was there when I needed her for any questions and she was very young.
