Bed frame purchase
Drew our sales person was great. We told him what we need and we were not sure what was available. He showed us our options.
Drew wasn’t pushy very knowledgeable . He gave us his card to let us decide and to call him . We talked things over and called Drew back to order. I would see him again on our next purchase for a recliner.

Great Experience
Salesman (Tom Page) at the Clifton Park store was very helpful, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. The manager (Dan) was able to price match another store’s sale price. We are very happy with our experience at Raymond and Flanigan! Unfortunately we have to wait on the furniture builder for 3 months.

A Pleasant Purchase Experience
Our salesperson was very nice and helpful, and directed us to the item we had seen online. The dresser we purchased was nicely designed, and the price was very reasonable, especially with the Family and Friends discount promotion.

We were promised delivery of our new…
We were promised delivery of our new mattress the next day. When we checked out at the cashier's it was confirmed that it was "squeezed on the truck". Next morning we were called and told the shipment was called in 10 minutes too late to be put on the truck, and delivery would be another 2 days.
We were very disappointed to have been so misled
