Shout out to Dale Edgehill. If you're looking for a mattress she's the one to see she knows the mattresses.
I purchased a mattress and had 30 days to try it out. If you're not happy you can choose another one. The first two nights was great. Unfortunately something was defective with the mattress so by the fourth day we could no longer sleep on the bed without pain. So we explained our situation to the store manager and after going back and forth they finally agreed not to make us wait for a new mattress. So now we get to the desk and they can't deliver it for 3 days. So I was upset to say the least after I just spent an hour and a half arguing with these people. Leslie understood the situation and somehow got me next day delivery. Raymour and Flanigan give Leslie a raise. The mattress was definitely defective and I thank the store for doing the right thing.
Now we purchased the Stearns and Forster mattress that Dale recommended when we first told her we were looking for a mattress. She's a good salesperson and will make you laugh at the same time. Thank you Dale. I am 60 so I've had a lot of mattresses throughout my lifetime. The sterns and Foster mattress is the best mattress I've ever slept on. When it's time for a new mattress I will buy the Sterns and Foster again. We only have it two weeks but we love it. The difference between this mattress and the first one I bought was $974. In my opinion I would wait and come back when you have the money to buy the better mattress there is a difference.

First walking into a clean beautiful lighting store and greeted by a nice spoken salesperson. He was very professional, kind and helpful all throughout my visit. Did not rush me making my decision and was very polite until the end of my visit and purchase

I purchased the Carrington Living Room set, along with the “Platinum Protection Plan” August 8, 2023. By late December I noticed the springs on the left side of the sofa gave way. I submitted my first claim early January 2024. As of today, February 5, 2024, three claims were submitted and numerous phone calls were made to get a status of my claims. On January 30th, 2024, I finally spoke with a representative who assured me a technician would call me to gather more information and set up an appointment. I never received a response so I just called customer care again and received a busy signal at 10:15 am on a Monday morning?!?! I paid for $389.99 plus tax for a service that appears useless. I am done trying to repair the furniture that has broken down within four months. I will now contact the New York City Department of Consumer Affairs and get them on involved. I paid for a service and refuse to beg for it.

I like the fact that I was able to shop without anyone hovering over me, and yet there was a salesperson close by and I did not have to hunt them down when I came to a decision as to what I wanted to purchase.

Delivery was made in a timely fashion and within the time frame that was given.

First, I was greeted with such enthusiasm by Dale Edgehill. Her cheerfulness and positive upbeat attitude just draw people in. My first intention was to purchase 2-bedroom sets. I ended up purchasing all the major pieces for my new home, (3 bedrooms, Living, Dinning and an accent piece), but never with any pressure. Dale spent a great deal of time helping me to select and coordinate the pieces (over a week) and never lost that energy, she was always patient and took my calls, as well as returned my calls even after she left her office just to accommodate my schedule. What took me over two months and still did not accomplish, Dale took no time to accomplish, (the week + was on me because I am indecisive), but all the pieces Dale picked out initially for the space after a video call is exactly what I finally decided on. I loved collaborating with her on this because she didn't only listen, but she heard me and understood the vision I had for my home. Wish I had another home to decorate with her. I placed an order for a sofa on Sat. 23 for delivery on Sat. 30. On Friday I called after not receiving a call on Friday 29 to confirm the delivery, only to be told that a delivery was never scheduled and the next weekend delivery would be a three weeks wait. Remembering that the salesperson Sibo kept asking if I could accept the delivery on the 29th Friday repeatedly, It was clear that this was an attempt to make monthly sales goals, and my not being available to accept the delivery on Friday the 29th wasn't going to make her goals. The order was entered as I placed it on hold for a delivery date to be determined. I went to the store on Sat. 30 to speak with the manager after speaking with him on the phone on Friday night. Gerald offered gift cards and no delivery fee if a could take delivery at a later date. I refused and requested a full refund, why don't and will not do business with dishonest people!!!

I went to the outlet and explained what I was looking for and the salesman Shah recommended I go to the main store for options and contacted a salesman there.
Rasheed was helpful and showed me the brands that carried what I was looking for

Eduardo Rivera in Gateway gave us an excellent assitance. He help us a lot to find what we wanted.

The service was A-1 so far, I came in the store to be serviced by a qualified woman. Sibo did her thing. Very professional and helpful. Now I just hope the delivery was just as awesome.

Dale Edgehill-Excellent sales person. I went to Raymour and Flanigan to find my father a bed for his back, and I was referred to Dale. Dale was easy to talk to. She was courteous and patient with my father. She asked him questions -she really took her time with him. Best experience ever. Our family now have a go to person! .Thanks-Nicola

Dale has the best customer service etiquette
I've ever experienced. I've just suffered a back injury which limited me to very little time due to extreme pain, Because Dale was so helpful at making me comfortable in one of your sofa set, I ended up staying longer than expected. Dale really took the time to take care of me and my family. She was very welcoming and exceptionally professional. Every customer's dream sales rep.
