I was met by Shane Pelaske who was very helpful and showed me the rugs and runners available. He answered all my questions and I was ready to place my order that day. Looking forward to delivery next week!

I purchased a bedroom set and needed some assistance taking the old furniture out as I am 8 months pregnant and it is obvious. I only wanted to move it down stairs and offered a $100 tip for their assistance. The delivery driver immediately told me no and stated they would have to take the furniture back to the ware house. I then offered $200 and in 15 minutes the task was done. Both old set and new set were in the appropriate places. Does white glove service not entail removal of old furniture ? This experience definitely left me with a bad taste in my mouth. I always tip delivery drivers. But this was disgusting. I will also add that the delivery slot was for 8-10 am and they showed up a few minutes after 10 am.
I guess white glove means the drivers think they should earn 800/hr for their assistance.

Being able to move freely through to showroom, but know that someone is "near" to help fits my style of furniture shopping. My best critics and testers (the grandchildren) accompanied me and our salesperson, Shane Pelaske showed great patience during our visit. I know what I like and Shane didn't waste any of my time showing me things I don't need and would not like. it was a very easy sale and I plan to return and buy additional pieces for my home very soon. You can immediately see the higher quaiity of furniture at Raymour & Flanigan as soon you enter the showroom and it's why I keep coming back.

Polite and easy resolution for an exchange

I had an issue with my new mattress bring defective and made an appointment and saw Victor (mgr) he took his time and showed me different mattresses and recommended A Stearns & Foster Estate King (I'm a side sleeper). That was thursday 2/29. Delivery is scheduled for Monday 3/4.

While I was at the store I received excellent customer service support without feeling pressured to buy anything.

I ordered 2 Purple Pillows online, on 02/18/2024, with the availability of being picked up on 2/19/2024 at the Raymour & Flanagan store in Freehold, NJ. I ordered these pillows through Raymour & Flanagan because of the quick availability. I called the store on 2/19/2024, to find out what time the pillows would be available for pickup. I was told that I could not pick them up until 2/22/2024, because their delivery shuttle only comes Thursdays. Spoke with the store manager and was informed that if I wanted them earlier than 2/22/2024, I would have to drive to a different location, that was over 30 minutes further away than the Freehold store that I had wanted them delivered to. Called customer service, and was repeatedly spoken over by the representative, that I spoke with and was told that nothing could be done and to call and complain to the store manager. I wasn't even given the opportunity to explain why I was upset, without this person speaking over me. I found this to be extremely rude and inconsiderate. Had been contemplating making a new purchase of a couch in the near future, from Raymour & Flanigan......but after this experience, I highly doubt that it will happen.

Anthony was very knowledgeable and showed us several couch and love seat sets, He also helped make us feel comfortable with the color decision on our furniture. Anthony was courteous and professional and we appreciated all his help on making our purchase.

I purchased a dinning room table and also a love seat. From the moment I walked into the showroom and met Sharon until the time my order was delivered weeks later, I was amazed at her service and dedication. Sharon was attentive, helpful , friendly, professional and always followed up with me! She took time to go over customer reviews with me of the items I was about to purchase , she took time to research , she took care of me from A to Z with sincerity. I trusted her and that made the overall experience a very pleasant one! I will always return to Sharon for future purchases and I highly recommend her to any other customer !
