Excellent Salesman!
Our salesman Nedal was very professional, helpful and courteous. He was knowledgeable and very willing to please. He was available throughout the process, in person and via email. Furniture selection is not a trivial process and it can be confusing, but Nedal made it simpler and more pleasant. Many thanks!

The platinum protection plan is a scam
The platinum protection plan is a scam. No answer on email and right to a machine that no one calls you back from if you make through the 30 prompts. Do not buy. Furniture is garbage and falling apart.

Delivery was a horrible experience
Delivery was a horrible experience ! Missing chairs and the dining table that was on display was not what we received , dining chair came with stains on it and furniture legs were not put on correctly. I would say this was not a great experience

Mark Gordon is very knowledgeable
Mark Gordon was very knowledgeable in all aspects of the furniture we looked at . He was not pushy to get a sale ,which made us comfortable working with him. He also answered all our questions even though we probably were redundant in our questions.
