Liars and thieves
I will never do business with Raymour & Flanigan again. The salesman lies to your face and the company does nothing. Now I have a bed that I cannot use, and I have to live with for the next thirty days? There warranty is worthless, I will take R&M to small claims court.

I Made A Purchase Today
I made purchase today, after visiting EIGHT furniture, at the store located in Farmingdale, LI. Although I was not acknowledged when I entered the store, an associate who was already helping another customer, made a special effort to help me as well. Not ignoring his first customers, he checked in with them before turning to my needs. While the other party was still shopping, Johnny attended to my specific shopping goals - which resulted in a sale. He was amiable, and efficient without being pushy - I never felt any sales pressure.
I DID speak to the store manager to commend Johnny's service but wanted the company to acknowledge his professionalism, and attentiveness to a customer who was initially "not seen". Kudos to such an exemplary employee! May his stellar efforts be rewarded!

New dining room set
Salesperson was easy to talk to and answered all our questions. He spent a lot of time with us as we looked t at several dining sets. After going to several different stores, we came back the next day to purchase the dining room set.
