We had a wonderful experience shopping with Glenn. He assisted us along with Rich. They guided us through our choices with professional knowledge of their merchandise. I highly recommend stopping in for any furniture and bedding needs.

We recently worked with Roberta from customer service regarding a button that ripped on a sectional we purchased about a year ago from the White Plains location. She was incredibly knowledgeable, extremely thorough, and very attentive throughout the entire process. She was truly an absolute pleasure to deal with — such a kind soul. It feels great knowing that this issue will be properly taken care of. We’re very grateful for her outstanding service.

I had a difficult time finding a number to call for fixing my recliner. Too many choses to find the correct person to speak to. But after being connect I had a very nice representative that walked me through everything

Review
The product broke within the first 5 months. Called and spoke with someone that gave me the number to call to have it fixed. I called them, nobody answered. Left a message for them to call me. Nobody ever called me back. Did this 3 times. Nobody ever callled me back so I drove out to the store where I bought it. They called the place that does the repairs and a day later, they called me back. Took a week for someone to show up at my house just for them to tell me they have to order a part. Been waiting a few weeks and I haven't heard a word from them.

1st promised delivery date was missed
1st promised delivery date was missed. I was told the mattress was delayed by the manufacturer.
2nd promised delivery date was missed. I was told MY mattress was damaged and it would be delivered a week later. Then I received a call that it would be delivered to your warehouse the next day. Lot of misinformation.

I bought livingroom set almost 5 years…
I bought livingroom set almost 5 years ago also bought platinum coverage , and was told never have worry about furniture u have insurance ,, well I had serviceman here on loveseat cushion now sinking in he then puts half inch foam, I paid all that money for a piece of foam to fix it.. I contact customer service ask for new core was advise that is how they fix it .they claim it is not covered under the insurance Do not buy insurance they find ways to not replace furniture cust service rep was no better,,, doesn’t pay yo buy expensive furniture and insurance

Every piece of furniture I’ve ever…
Every piece of furniture I’ve ever bought is at Raymour and Flanagan and I’ve been satisfied every time. The furniture here is always beautifully crafted with such high elegance but most importantly of all very strong and sturdy. The only reason I change my furniture is because my children has outgrown them. The customer service is great. I’ve only returned one thing that I bought and that’s because I wasn’t fond of the size and got reimbursed very quickly.I’m giving you guys a 4 star because I just want to see what else you guys have up you’re sleeves.

Was patient with me when l was making decision. What he didn't tell me was that the protection plan was just for 5 years.and the cost ..l was shocked when l saw my invoice when l got home.
