Sales service was horrendous
Sales service was horrendous. I had to go searching for a salesman and finally found one by the checkout which is not easy to find as you have to go in a separate area. I asked him to check a price on something and he disappeared for about 10 minutes. I finally went back to check out area where they told me they only had 1 person on but called him but he never came. I finally found him shooting the breeze in a little office with 2 other guys. When I asked him if he had the price for me he said no and had to go back in the office again to get it.

Was greeted upon entering the store. The salesperson, after several minutes, came to ask if we needed help. The process was handled from beginning to end efficiently and your sales rep was very helpful and knowledgeable.

I was in a real bind. Several other furniture brands were not able to help me. I needed a bedroom set and some other pieces delivered the next day. The furniture is nice, delivery was as promised. Salesperson was very helpful and the prices were amazing.

We had a fantastic experience. The staff member who assisted us was incredibly helpful, takin the time to show us a variety of options that fit our needs and preferences. The entire visit was very productive, and we ended up leaving with five pieces of furniture we absolutely love. Overall, the experience was smooth, enjoyable, and exceeded our expectations. I've never been let down. I've furnished at least 4 to five homes at this point. Jamis is my guy. Would recommend him to everyone. Quality of furniture is absolutely great.
