Delivery Debacle
I ordered furniture to be delivered today. The delivers were not able to do it, due to space. The couch wouldn't fit into door...sometimes living in a NYC apartment can be challenging.
Anyhoo they informed me instead of a couch, I will need a loveseat. We'll I was transferred to A.C. and let me just say if I EVER need to purchase anything else at R and F that will be my guy.
Hands down he figured out what I needed with options. He was compassion and patient. I just can't say enough...omggg thank you R and F for hiring him. A.C. you are the BEST!!

My wife and I have been buying…
My wife and I have been buying furniture for years from them over 15 !! NEVER buy the warranty it is a rip off !!! When you have furniture falling apart they come and tape stuff foam and “patch” it up to where it look cheap !!! Do NOT get the warranty !!!! They make hundreds of thousands of dollars on warranties and when you have a tear from wear and tear or cushions that no longer support and look awful they leave it as bad as it was by stuffing foam in it lol I could have bought foam and done the same thing …. They Never replace an item the warranty is a waste !!!!!! Save your $$$$$$$$$$$ I think the warranties are what keep them open this long never again !!!

Amazing Experiences ALWAYS
Jonny was amazing and took the time to explain differences between mattresses, helped decide whether furniture would fit into rooms, and was all around extremly helpful. Took almost 3 hours to complete the purchase but at no time did I feel pressured or rushed. This is the third time I furnished my house with Raymore and Flannigan.
