My experience with your company was great! As I was so well shown around with so many things to choose from according to my budget . The person who attended me was really nice and warm and understanding towards my needs and he left no stone unturned to make me feel attended and cared for my choices . I recommend this furniture store and great progress to the guy who attended me .

They quality is no longer good anymore the sales associate has been very good to me but I will no longer be ordering from them I spend too much money everytime i buy from them I spend 5-7 thousand on furniture never again i will try wayfair or amazon since everybody have the same stuff I thought they stuff was quality but I take my chance else where!!!

There is a severe lack of communication between the platinum warranty department and service centers. I have had constant issues confirming the validity of my claims with service centers despite getting confirmation on the phone from the warranty department. I was also met with rudeness on the phone from the service center when I was trying to explain the situation. I understand miscommunications occur, but this has been a constant issue for 3 years since my initial purchase.

The professional staff that's welling to go the extra step to locate and find what you want. Luz Estrella should be the Employee of the Month.

On entering the store Lenny O was so warm and welcoming. He knows how to satisfy his customers; you never felt left out. He never rushed me; made sure I was hydrated. He touched base with you from time to time in making your decision and explained the terms and policies. I appreciate Lenny O and Edwin. Thanks a bunch. Success is right there.

We went there Randomly after a long day at IKEA , which they were not professional at all missing stuff after we order , so we canceled ( in short that lady ms DJ very professional at Raymour& Flanigan approach us we ask for bed ONLY & ending buying more & more 😀 lovely person she is and very patient. Wish all customers service the same … I did it for over 15 years only a few like us . Good job DJ ., best of luck 🤞

I am not a resident of New Jersey and had to drive here to assist my Mother in purchasing a new living room set for her home. I always avoided shopping at Raymour & Flannigan for the delivery fees. Boy did I make a terrible mistake. To my surprise, my mother had been to the location near Ikea and met a Home Furnishing Consultant by the name of Jorge Puntiel. She called me several times telling me what a fine young man he was and that she wanted to go back to make a purchase. What a patient, kind, compassionate, and knowledgeable gentleman. He gave me options to contact him to keep me from traveling back and forth to the location via car. We texted, converse via phone, and had meetings at the store. My trip to NJ was well worth my travel and time. Mr. Puntiel, as well as every staff member we past in the store, and the young lady responsible for finalizing our paperwork for the purchase were Outstanding!!! I neglected to mention that a young man ran to the door to assist my Mother when she attempted to open the entrance door for herself trying to hold her cain and purse. I commend Mr. Puntiel and everyone there for their professionalism. Only God could have allowed our meeting. I am so grateful for the experience!!! Thank you, Raymour & Flannigan, for training your employees that Excellent Customer Service never fails.
