Excellent service

It was all Jessie. She spent so much time with me. She was so helpful and friendly that I almost felt like I was in her living room. She found everything I needed, gave me great options and was extremely patient. I’m going to tell all my friends to shop at your store and ask for Jessie. She is truly a delightful person and made the day fun too. I bought a lot more items because she was so wonderful to work with. Great lady and great store

I ordered a love seat to match a previously purchased sofa. It came with a flaw in the seating material. Rather than repair, they ordered a completely new sofa , with same made to order fabric. Arrived, professionally delivered. completely satisfied with service.

Elvin was very helpful, but didn’t hover while I checked out the bedroom furniture. Very professional.

The sales person, Hayley Brumm, was wry helpful and insightful . She really helped us to pick out both a dining room set as well as a couch and recliner . The entire process of purchasing the furniture was also pretty easy . Thank you !

From the moment we were greeted by salesperson named Frederick Hall who courteously accompanied us as we browsed leather sofas, to his assistance in trying to find the sofa we wanted and finally making the purchase of the sofa. It was a smooth and easy purchase thanks to Frederick. We can’t wait for it to be delivered in the next few days.

I went back to Raymour and Flanagan because of the quality furniture and the service I received from sales rep, Frederick Hall in Carleton Place, NY. He treats us like family every time we come in to purchase some. This was our third time and we plan on returning in the fall for a bedroom set.

Salesman was informative. Sales manager was helpful also. We never felt pushed into making the purchase

Salesman Fred Hall was great. He answered all my concerns about the size of the piece and if it would fit in my tv room.

May I received a “re-selection” recliner. It came Defective. Had to go thru process to get it assessed/fixed by technician. He used a crowbar to “fix” it. NO. I had to call customer service twice after he came to get a date set up to get another new chair. That will come next week. Not a great or acceptable experience. The original chair was replaced twice and now this new chair already needs to be replaced ?! Makes me question the quality of your merchandise

Picked furniture but salesman made a mistake when entering my account information thus freezing my account with you after been approved for $21,000 credit line. I ended up using AMEX instead. Your mistake freezes my account, hopefull it has no effect on my credit rating

Elvin remembered me from a previous visit when I had come into the store with my mom just to browse the furniture. When I returned with my husband, he made the entire purchasing experience exceptional. He took the time to carefully go over every item we selected and was incredibly helpful throughout the process. Elvin also provided great guidance while we were designing our dining room table, making sure every detail was exactly what we wanted. We truly appreciated his patience, knowledge, and outstanding customer service.

The professionalism of the entire team deserves to be recognized. Especially the manager Ryan Cocchini and sales agent Fred Hall. They were both extremely friendly and helpful! We are very pleased with our warranty purchase and the entire experience. We will definitely recommend your business to friends and family and won’t hesitate to do business with you again.

We are original customers from your opening in Carle Place!! We have, over the years furnished our home. We went o to furnish our son home when he married. Then again for our daughter when she wed.
“Our” satisfaction was always excellent!
Recently we hit a bump in the road with a sectional set .
However Matthew came to the rescue and “ overturned “ everything to take off the problem.
Speaking to him last week he has an amazing solution that we will definitely discuss further to ultimately get the furniture quality the Raymour and Flanigan are known for !!

Thanks for the credit of $25, but I shouldn't have had to call becuase it said coupon code was expired when I ordered furniture online, and you just sent it to me. Then, salesperson said my order was pending, and it was all resolved, but took 25 minutes on the phone.

Technician did make attempt to fix the unevenness of a swival leather chair by adjusting the ring at the base.

So helpful in finding answers. Emily was always kind to us. Thank you.
Helped to get a wheel chair and I could see the displays.
Two other staff were very responsive...I felt comfortable. The new store is full of light and the displays are placed to be seen. Thank you again. Waiting for furniture to arrive Thurday, same week.

I bought a mattress two days ago and was helped by Jessie Lebhar. She was extremely knowledgable and was able to help me with ease. I bought an Estate Ultra Firm again. The first time my husband and I came to Raymour and Flanigan was about 11 years ago and we purchased the same mattress. The mattress was so good that we bought another one. Jessie was able a very good saleswoman that was very friendly and listened to what I had to say about Raymour and Flanigan. I highly recommend asking for Jesse or for that matter any salesperson if she is not there. They are all good.
My husband and I went to many other mattress stores in our area and decided that this store is the most helpful and knowledgeable about mattresses. Many other stores try to push their stock or their opinions that are not accurate. Not Raymour and Flanigan. They are genuinely in the business of knowing their products and do not try to convince you otherwise.
I highly recommend them. One more thing. The delivery was the next day! The men were also extremely quick and professional. My experience was excellent.

Michael Diaz was amazing and so helpful. Made things happen when I was desperate to find a new chair ASAP first my dad.
