I liked that that nice lady met me at the door, I told her what I was looking for and she took me to it. She answered all my questions. She was polite and friendly. It would be a pleasure to deal with her again

Disappointed buyer
Hello, I don't write reviews often, but this experience really upset me. My sister purchased a rug for me on 12/24/25. The associate (Alex) stated the rug with be delivered within 2 weeks. Time passed and I have not heard anything. I called and spoke with Alex on 01/12/26 and Alex explained that he will reach out to see what is going on and assured me he will call me back right away. I waited until 01/15/26 and did not hear anything. I called again and spoke to a women. She explained thay Alex is handling the order and took my information and stated Alex would call back that day to see what is going on. I understand things happen with shipping delays, etc., but I am very upset that he did not have the common courtesy to let me know what is going on. On 01/17/26, my stepfather went to R&F and Alex then said that he didn't hear anything and will reach out and get back to us on Monday (01/19). Today is 01/22. We still have not heard anything. I have ordered many times from R&F and I have to say this is very disappointing. It is almsot a month since the rug has ordered and no one has told us anything. I would give 0 stars if I could.

No refund offered for unopened pillow. No where was it stated that it was a final sale with no returns!! No paperwork to review when items picked up in warehouse. Manufacturer offers 100 day trial period!!! Deceptive sales and marketing!!! I would never trust this company for anything.
Update: Manager called for follow up today per my request and offered me a store credit. I do not want to support this deceptive business!! If I can get a credit, I should get a refund if requested. Stated to manager “you could give me a refund. You WON’T give me a refund.” Currently researching other furniture companies and ALL offer a refund!! Filing a BBB complaint next… BUYER BEWARE!
