The technician called ahead to let me know he was 20 minutes away and then showed up to diagnose the problem, said I needed a replacement part and that they would order it and give me a call to schedule an appointment when the part came in.

Serviceman left asked us to REBOOTthe bed ever so often stated that's how it works ..we demanded a replacement ..it took 3 months just for the office to get the appointment right and the person to even show ..After being hung on by Angela in the barrow store ..she was very rude and non caring of the matter

Evelyn your sales representative at Bay Plaza ,Bx NY sold my wife and I our new living room furniture set.She was very helpful, friendly and professional. Evelyn knew her business and was completely honest in describing what Raymour had in Stock and saving us a possible 7 week wait for another set we were looking at. Evelyn gave us her card and promised to follow up with any questions we may have .Overall a great experience due to how easy and pressure free Evelyn made it for us

The Salesperson

The promised a $50 gift card after purchase and never got it. I reached out to store and got excuses after excuses. What a bunch of scammers. I will never again buy anything from Raymour and Flanigan.

Salesman Andre Smith was exceptional! He was professional, polite, informative, patient, knowledgeable and friendly. He asked the right questions and listened to my requests and offered alternatives to give me various options to choose from.

We had a great shopping experience with the Sales person at Raymour & Flanigan and ease of shopping for what we were looking for and had a wide selection at a great price.
