Our salesman Velkat Yenchuri made us feel very comfortable and welcome. He listened to what we were looking for and was never pushy. Velkat was knowledgeable and answered all our questions. The speedy delivery was especially helpful as well.

Excellent choice of various furniture…
Excellent choice of various furniture of high quality. Our salesman Frank Skokan was so helpful. He knew the store inside and out. Was very knowledgeable about everything you sell from mattresses to furniture. Went back twice so far and Frank has the patience of a saint.

It was still difficult to get a hold of my salesman after the order was placed. I called and was placed on hold for over 10 minutes and finally hung up. Pricing was difficult to follow.

Hawa was exceptional. I was planning on shopping around for a mattress. She took so much time with me. She listened intently to what I was looking for. She showed me all options within my budget. Let me test and retest. Offered input. So I didn't have to spend my whole day shopping. I bought a mattress at my first stop.

Bridgwater Raymour & Flanigan has top notch service
When I walked in to the store I was welcomed by Venkat. He was excellent at helping my wife and I select our couch. He spent about 1 hour with us as we tested many different models. Great visit that ended in the purchase of a great couch!
For me, the best part of my experience was that I did not feel harassed or pressured by any sales people. Venkat greeted me and my husband when we entered, but respected our space and allowed us to browse at our liesure. The store is huge and has so much inventory that it took us quite a long time to look at everything and pick out a couch, but once we did, Venkat was there to help us complete our purchase. He was extremely kind and thorough, checking to make sure we were purchasing the correct pieces for our sectional multiple times over. He provided us with all of the necessary details for our delivery and made the experience seamless.
