Salesperson Judy was extremely helpful in helping us find the perfect furniture for our bedroom. She demonstrated a deep knowledge of the products and services offered by Raymour. There was no sales pressure from either Judy or her manager at all. Judy explained the pros and cons of the products we selected, informed us the current financing offers, and we completed our purchase. We could not be happier with the experience. We hope the delivery process goes as smoothly as the sales process.

Never having been to R & F before and greeted at the front door by Mark was a pleasant experience. His demeanor and knowledge were very impressive. Went and got my husband, on the way home, he said how impressed he was with Mark. Mark was seasoned and not PUSHY a real TURNOFF !! I was very impressed with the store, Mark and the whole experience.

Sales gal left me on my own to look around. On line order asked for my date of birth and 4 #s of my SS. Should never have given credit to sales gal!!!!!

My experience has been nothing short of awful. I’ve blocked all ads from your company on my social media and will never shop here again. Your scheduling is deplorable. I specifically requested delivery after 11am and the driver called at 8am saying he was 30 minutes out. When I couldn’t be there he said he could be back in my area at 2pm. Now he doesn’t pick up the phone and it’s 4:37 and he just called to say he’s 15 mins out. I specifically told the salesperson I need 11am or later or I’m going to another company… I was shopping for the best delivery time. This was appalling. I will absolutely voice my opinion to everyone know about how terrible your customer service is… TAKE ME OFF ANY DIRECT MAIL!!!

Your prices are reasonable for good quality furniture. Your store also had a wide selection and the items we purchased were all in stock for convenient delivery.

I love the quality of the furniture and I love the delivery service that I received in the past. This time I was able to order online as I did once before for just a table. It was easy to find what I wanted. And pretty easy to navigate through the site. The only criticism I have is that I did not get a confirmation email on the order. And when I checked out online, I did not get the 30% off sale price that I was supposed to get for memorial day. Perhaps it’s because I used my Raymar and Flanagan finance account. I don’t know, and without being able to talk to somebody because you’re online, I couldn’t solve the problem, but I really wanted the outdoor set anyway. I’m looking forward to the delivery and whenever the order is fulfilled hopefully they will email me.

From helping us buy a bed and bed system, buying and exchanging mattresses, and then a house call to fit the mattress to our bed, Chris is excellent customer service personified. He repeatedly said “ I just want you to be happy with your purchase. “. We bought high end stuff from a first rate guy.

From the time we walked in we felt welcomed and not overwhelmed. Our sales lady Marilyn Davies was the best! She gave us our space which was very important to us so we didn’t feel under pressure or pushed. She was there exactly when we needed her and went above and beyond to give us the best experience. I will always request her with our future purchases. This was at the Whitehall,Pa location.

Robert was wonderful to work with and very knowledgeable.

Can't say enough good things about my experience with Walter Fletcher today. He was understanding, courteous, appropriately humorous and he went he extra mile to straighten out a complicated order that we had placed with another sales associate - Linda Blencowe, the day before. Linda was an excellent sales person and discussed all our options and how we could get to the best possible combo of items to meet our needs and receive the friends and family discount. A great team effort. They are the best sales team I have met with in years.
