Bought a temperpedic mattress linda was our sales person, she was absolutely fantastic answered all our questions that we had about mattresses. Got the mattress was comfortable but our old matress was a pillow top and just could not get use to the foam. Called raymour talked to Mike the manager and he has been such a fantastic manager to work with for switching to another mattress. Absolutely great experience with raymour flanigan, everyone there is great at the whitehall store. Highly recommend raymour flanigan..They made everything such a smooth process. Thank you all, especially linda and mike.....

were very personable, knowledgeable and professional. Chris took his time, listened closely to our needs and concerns regarding the purchase of a new mattress. He gave us multiple options. advised us of any pros and cons for each product and most importantly let the product choice to the customer.

Fast talking with pricing
Disappointed that our original sales representative was busy and had to deal with a proxy for him in his stead. He didn’t write down all credits we discussed. When I realized this it was after I had left the store and paid. Our original sales representative was more helpful. Very disappointed with the sales experience.

Excellent Customer Service!
Visited R&F in Whitehall, PA, to potentially purchase some furniture for a new build home. Was immediately greeted by Kim G. and she helped us throughout the entire experience. She was knowledgeable about the products, accommodating with requests, helpful with all the questions we had, and was just an excellent overall experience. Kim G. absolutely made the trip worth it and any future furniture shopping I will head to F&R to see her, specifically. She was fantastic!

These surveys are always interesting. I always feel like the customer needs to give some lofty review of the experience of shopping. In all honesty, a sales representative approached and greeted at the door, took under advisement what I was looking for and helped with any questions I had. The transaction process was smooth and delivery is set for Monday.

DOA takes forever for replacement
Edit 2: I’m now into month three with no resolution. R&F is satisfied with providing new defective furniture at full cost.
Edit: I contacted the email address that replied to my message. They state they are okay with having customers wait months to have their DOA defective furniture replaced, through multiple service calls.
This will make our family's future furniture buying decisions easier.
"This is not the level of service we strive to provide."
-But it is what they provide.
Original Review:
We purchased a bed with four drawers. Only one of the four drawers would stick when opening, which required it to be opened at an angle.
A technician came to adjust it, but made it worse.
A replacement drawer was ordered, and its going on two months and we still haven't received the replacement drawer.
We were denied a replacement of the whole piece, even though it was DOA. So now we do the long game of hoping the drawer replacement solves the problem.
But why two months for a replacement???
