I called to ask about price matching
I called to ask about price matching. They could not have been nicer! They said they would check the store and price I told them, and they got back to me within 10 minutes! Yes they did price match and issued a credit right then to my account. Excellent customer service!!! And their price was actually the best I found other then the store they price matched which was having a sale.

Our order did not reflect what discussed with store sales rep
Our order did not reflect what was discussed with store rep. After purchase and reviewing my email I caught the mistake. Unfortunately the price changed dramatically but was committed to the furniture. Unfortunately, the price that was given could not be honored via the store manager and had to pay another $800 more!
Positive note The sales rep on first contact was very professional and explained what they had for inventory of what we were looking for. 2nd The rep confirming my personnel information was professional and knowledgeable.

A new recliner!
I purchased a recliner which was not easy because of the great number of choices available. I was able to try them to make sure they fit my needs and I was very pleased to find the “right” one. The salesperson es very helpful and unobtrusive which I appreciated, an excellent experience!

The salesman that we had was very…helpful and a pleasure to work with
The salesman that we had was very helpful and not pushy. He let us look around and checking in on us periodically. We looked around the store for about 2.5 hours before making our final decision. The salesman came and brought us bottled water. He was actually polite and helpful and answered all questions We ended up spending a little over $6000, without being pressured or pushed. It was a great experience. A side note. I live 2 hours away but it was worth the trip.

Zach was so very helpful, but delivery schedules need a human touch!
Zach was so very helpful, courteous and pleasant! Showed me mattresses within my budget, gave me time to decide without pressure and answered all my questions.
Apparently one of the items I purchased was damaged in shipment to me and I delayed delivery for a day. I called the store to request that my delivery occur as early as possible tomorrow as I have a commitment that mandates I leave my home by 4 pm. This request could not be honored because deliveries are scheduled by a computer and the customer’s needs/requests can not be accommodated. A human needs to be able to intercede in these situations! It is now 5 pm and I do not know the time frame for tomorrow’s delivery!
