What a scam. False advertising on their dog dental tool & return policy. Don’t fall for it!

Did not receive what I bought. I ordered a bite blocker and instead received toothpaste, which I will immediately throw away.

If I could give zero stars I would. For three days we tried to get this thing to work. It is fully charged (charged again for good measure overnight after trying to get it to work for about a half hour of pressing simple buttons). There is no making it work, if two masters degreed people cannot figure it out.

Not suitable for small dogs, the vibration and noise is very apparent, neither of my dogs will use it.
Definitely not as advertised.
BEWARE

I ordered what was advertised as an “ultrasonic” dog toothbrush, but the specs clearly state it’s a sonic brush (31,000 vibrations per minute) — not ultrasonic as described. My dog can’t use it because it’s noisy and vibrates, the exact opposite of what I was expecting from an ultrasonic device.

I contacted the company multiple times to request a refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (goods not as described) and the Consumer Contracts Regulations (right to cancel within 14 days). They have ignored every email.

This is misleading advertising and poor customer service. I will be escalating to my bank and Trading Standards so others are aware.

I fear this company is a scam. I've not received my product despite claiming its shipped with royal mail within 48hr tracked. Royal mail still don't have the product and despite emailing the company to find out more information, ive heard nothing. I've spent £59.90 with no product. Not happy.

order 21717 The company has not issued my refund in line with their guarantee. They responded to my last review saying if I had sent photos then to contact them - I have sent the photos twice and still no acknowledgement that they will refund. They are con merchants. DO NOT BUY from this company.

This was advertised as being quiet it actually terrified both my dogs it’s also is quite fierce for a small dogs mouth so I am very disappointed as once opened it cannot be returned, but how do you know if it’s okay for your dogs without trying it? So now stuck with it it’s of no use to me would not recommend this product as falsely advertised and how it’s vet recommended without any sedation is beyond me!

Never got the product. Reached out and they said it was a bad address. Told me that I would be contacted by a representative to fix. Never was. They stopped replying and never gave me a refund.

DO NOT BUY. I purchased this under the impression it is quiet and gentle on my dogs teeth with noise reducing technology and as soon as I turned on the lowest setting it is SUPER loud, vibrates more than a normal electric toothbrush and my dog was terrified. I reached out to the company and was told I need to try it for 60 days and send videos in order to get a refund instead of sending an unused product back which they could sell again. I was told that as the package was opened, I cannot receive a refund which is absolutely unacceptable as how on earth can you turn it on without doing so? Obviously a very dodgy company giving out cheap tat and hoping people will not go through the hoops in order to get the refund. I will not be putting the sharp descaler near my dogs mouth and would give this 0 stars if I could! AVOID

Extremely disappointing experience. The product is advertised as being quiet, but the noise it makes actually terrified my dog — he wouldn’t come anywhere near it. You can't test the product without opening it, yet when I raised this and asked for a return, they refused, claiming it had been "used" — which it absolutely wasn’t, for the exact reason mentioned.

This feels misleading and unfair. I wouldn't recommend this company or product, especially for pet owners. Be cautious before buying — you may end up stuck with something you can’t use and can’t return.

It doesn’t work in the slightest, I groom dogs and clean their teeth for a living. Thought I’d give it a try, it does nothing. The 5 star reviews are all fake!! They do not refund either. They say they will but make you jump through hoops for 60 days for it. They know nobody will do that. They also delete all negative comments on their posts so nobody ever sees them. It’s a scam company 100% avoid.

Warning! DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!
I am still in the process of refunding this which takes a lot of time and energy. First, product is too noisy. Second, they will ask you to use it without turning it on, which is pointless, and lastly, their 60day risk free is apparently not risk free according to their own interpretation. They said you have to be continuously using it for 60 days with evidence of no result for them to refund you. Which is BS. I am going the extra mile to give warning to all who are planning to get this product. I can’t say if reviews are fake but this is my own experience. Also just to add a bit, website is UK, shipping coming from China, and when you check payment, it is a company from France. A bit dodgy from that pov. Giving them a 1 is already being nice to them.

I purchased bc it was marketed as being "equipped with noise reduction technology," but this was far from the truth. The vibration is super loud and obnoxious. It gave me and my dog anxiety. Unfortunately upon opening the package the product is deemed unreturnable. I think the reviews on their website are all fake. There is no way a dog would allow their owner near them with this loud thing

I should have known better. There was no way I could get this anywhere near my dog. He hates any vibrating noise but since the product is described as very quiet I decided to take a chance. Big mistake. A lot of money for what I'll use as a plain old toothbrush.

The only thing rare about this company would be if they actually returned emails or customer inquiries/ concerns. Please do not waste your time or money.

I did receive a unit. My issue is that the de-scaler came severely damaged, and whether it was the shipping company, or it left the warehouse like- that doesn't really matter- I was disappointed to receive it damaged.

I reached out for a replacement immediately and then after a week I got a response from the company to reach out to the company who shipped it to get reimbursed.
However only the shipper can make that request. This went back and forth for a while. Then, after 3 months, a customer service rep (Tiffany) said they would send a replacement unit, and that is the last time they have ever communicated with me. I send an email about once a week to see if someone would get acknowledge me, send a refund or a replacement unit, but nothing.

Shame you can’t allocate zero stars, as one star is too much.
Cheap rubbish, don’t bother, buy a manual tooth brush instead.
This product is far too noisy to get anywhere near my dog. Avoid.
