Looks like a very good product for the money. The display boards are simple to put together and light enough to carry into any exhibition. The carry bag is very handy for carrying.

The premises is a modern 22000 sq ft freehold property on a 1 acre site and using modern computerised manufacturing methods enable goods to be manufactured and delivered to your door within a couple of days. Brilliant quality products and first class service
I needed a partition screen for my new office and chose Rap Industries because they had a wide choice of types and sizes. Once I had chosen the one I wanted I paid for it and placed my order online. I later had an email telling me due to covid-19 the manufacturers couldn’t fulfil my order until late February and suggested a similar screen that would meet my delivery schedule. Satisfied with the alternative I changed my order and paid the extra. Once my order was taken I was given a delivery date, then the day it was dispatched I got a delivery time. I must admit I was amazed how well the screen was packaged to protect it from being damaged during transportation. I am very impressed with the screen itself, wonderful quality. Not only that, every stage of dealing with this company was a joy, I would definitely recommend them for both quality and service.

Totally unnecessary problems caused by delivery - beware
The product seems fine but the system of delivery is completely unnecessary and if I had known the problems it would have caused i would not have ordered it. The partition is heavy but I, of 62 years, was able to quite easily to carry it up two flights of stairs on my own. Yet you consider it to require a pallet tower construction. The extremely unhelpful "jobs worth" driver insisted on dropping this pallet construction on the pavement outside my office and I had to beg to borrow a drill and extension lead to take it all apart. Thankfully the business centre were reasonable about disposing of it. If I had ordered 10 then yes a pallet might be appropriate but this was not. I damaged some of my clothing dealing with it and need to pay for disposal of this unnecessary. Completely over the top. Won't buy from you again or recommend,

However we have used a pallet delivery service for many years as a reliable and secure delivery method to ensure that they arrive in perfect condition. We have previously shipped singular screens in boxes but these have arrived damaged and therefore only provide a pallet delivery service for all screening.

Quality product
I ordered a Silver framed - half clear acrylic and half sapphire blue screen (MHV1800/1600) and have to say this is a quality product. What surprised me was the effort taken to package it upright on a pallet so as to avoid damage. Well done Rap Industries.

Great service and product ...
Really like the quality of the product and very pleased with the value for money. I have to praise the excellent response to one of the items being wrong, with no fuss and speedy replacement. Mistakes happen and if all companies acted like this, life would be a whole lot easier. Recommend them!

£102 delivery for two 160x90 cm screens

I purchased two 160X90cm screens for my home office. Firstly the colours on the website configurator were not available due to "COVID" so instead of a dark sandy colour I had a choice of startling bright ones once contacted after making and paying for the order. The nearest was bright Tele-tubbie orange so I went with that. When the delivery arrived the two screens were in a four foot cubed chipboard box protruding from the top. The driver said that he could put the delivery on the pavement outside my terraced house only and not take away the chipboard box. Bear in mind that I had paid £36 initially for delivery but this didn't include taking the packing away. In the end I had to pay an additional £66 to have the packaging removed ! I feel ripped off.
Now for the response from Rap Industries "Blah, blah, COVID, blah, blah, TERMS & CONDITIONS, blah, blah all out customers are important"

As mentioned in your review under the Terms and Conditions on our website it does state that all screening is delivered on a pallet (to guarantee they arrive in good condition) and that the pallet is the customer's responsibility to dispose of. It also states that should you require Rap Industries Limited to collect the pallet after delivery, to please contact us for a price prior to ordering.
