Great experience and service, would highly recommend. I was concerned that I wouldn't have my order in time for an event, but I was reassured and given a date it would be sent by, my order was completed exactly how I wanted it customised and was sent a week before the date I was given. Very happy with the service and great quality original designer pieces.

hi. love the quality of products and orders arrive on time. If you have a query you can message them and they will respond asap and give you information on delivery and final product pictures before dispatched.

Unfortunately I have had a terrible experience with this company. Poor communication, inability of staff to book my bridal appointment properly even though I was constantly chasing them for weeks! The day of my appointment that I requested and that they confirmed availability for - I was making my way down and en route they stated that my appointment was not booked even though I asked them to go ahead and book me in for the available slot and am happy to pay their fee. Wasted my whole day time and money!

Exceptional customer service! I had very short timelines and discovered Rania Zara for the first time. Beautiful collection of online clothing. However, timelines meant immediate delivery options were limited. The team took the time out to enquire which styles I liked. I ordered it on Boxing Day and received the outfit on the 3rd January in time for my event on the 4th!

Service was great but the outfit wasn’t. The dupatta is too heavy, way too long and stiff. It cannot be worn comfortably at all. It was very disappointing

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. I’ve ordered 3 outfits from Raniazara to date and their service and quality is unmatched. I wouldn’t trust any other retailer other than Rania to deliver these authentic pieces within the timeframe suggested, in fact earlier! Will wait for the next event to order again! ❤️

Ordered online a month in advance of the event but wasn’t sure if I’d receive my order. They very kindly asked for the process and delivery to be sooner. Received my order and very happy with it. Great service.

My outfits all arrived in the time frame given if not earlier, I was also updated on when I would receive them.
The customer service was excellent & ordering via the website was easy & simple. My outfits arrived all wrapped carefully & with care. My outfits were stunning & just like the videos, pictures posted on your website. Thank you Rania Zara for everything, I will be ordering again soon.

Wouldn’t even give them 1 star absolutely awful people. I spent nearly over a £1000 in total and at first they were being nice but after when the second order came with defective items they changed and stated don’t do return or exchange and outfits are not defective etc. Horrible company do not buy from them
