A warning to loyal customers: Do not buy their other products
I have been a loyal RAM Tracking customer for years, upgrading my tracking plans recently. Based on that trust, I decided to try their new software, Klipboard. That was a massive mistake
During the sales process, I made it explicitly clear that specific Job Report functionalities were a dealbreaker for my business. The sales team assured me it could do what I needed. However, the onboarding call revealed the software doesn't natively do what was promised—they just wanted to sell me on 'workarounds.'
I cancelled immediately after the onboarding call. Instead of treating a 3-year loyal client with respect, their management team locked my account and demanded I pay out the remaining balance of a muti-year B2B contract for software that is completely unfit for purpose. and put me intouch with their legal team. They care more about trapping you in rigid contracts than providing working software or valuing existing relationships.
I am now looking to move my entire tracking fleet to a another provider. "Avoid."

I had an Issue setting up a new van…
I had an Issue setting up a new van after moving the tracker over from the old van. I accidentaly inputted the new reg on the wrong vehicle. I was then unable to change it back. One quick phone call and the problem was sorted very quickly.
