I have made a number of purchases over the last few years. The furniture is excellent quality and really well designed. For me personally I like a combination of Natural Classic with a Contemporary twist so Raft is always on my shopping list.

This time Abasin helped me in the showroom and with all of the final logistics, he was professional to a Tee!

We bought a sofa from Raft. The whole experience was straight-forward and stress-free. Everything was clearly explained and there was no confusion about timescales. Tony was a pleasure to deal for the sale and the delivery team were on time, efficient, and careful with unpacking. We would definitely consider buying from Raft in the future.

The price is amazing for the quality of the products. I was looking for a new sofa for a couple of years and then the holy grail ended. I will not buy from anyone else now and the customer service is beyond superb. Don’t hesitate.. go have a look and be captured by quality/ price and customer service

We recently bought 2 large sofas and an armchair from Raft St Albans. The store is absolutely beautiful to browse all the gorgeous furniture and accessories. I could have spent a fortune in there!
Tony and his team at the store are incredibly helpful, and knowledgeable. They are also really lovely people to deal with. Nothing is too much trouble.
Delivery was excellent too, all unpacked in the room. And we absolutely love our new Henley sofas! Such quality.

I wanted to say what an excellent service Raft provides. From one phone call 24 hours ago I have ordered new sofa inserts for my big leather sofa. This order is totally down to Josh at the Cricklewood Raft store. He is so efficient, knowledgeable and very helpful and he couldn’t do more to measure up and put this order through. Bilguun in westfield RAFT outlet was super helpful in showing all different sofas and customisations. We bought our sofa from there and very happy with it.

We went to the Westfield store and purchased a dining chair with seat pad. The service to us by Fabiane was excellent from start to finish.
My only gripe is that It did take slightly longer to be delivered to us then we expected, but the quality of the product is superb so it was worth the wait.

Premium table from RAFT Westfield. Delivery takes a few weeks. Received in timely fashion. Table is solid and sturdy, the way we wanted. Good service.

Excellent service from Raft from beginning to end. Elena, in the showroom, was very helpful, patient and gave good advice. The delivery service was great with polite and careful guys. The sofas and armchair are beautiful and really well made - top quality. Definitely would recommend Raft.
