Purchased a sofa from Raft a few years ago and have become more and more disappointed with it.
After a year the base cushions became flat and the foam inside became mis-shaped, I have reported it on several occasions and each time told it needs plumping - no amount of plumping is going to bring back the foam to its normal shape. One of the back cushions is noticeably under stuffed making it have a slumped look even when its just been plumped. I have on multiple occasions emailed to ask for prices for new cushions and what different options they have and never got a response or when I did was just told how much new cushions would be with no description of options.

Great service, beautiful furniture!

I purchased the Lincoln Love Seat in mink from the outlet store a few weeks ago. This is an enormous chair which was to replace a 2-seater sofa I had used for 30 years - so the outlet store route is not something I would usually consider for such an important piece of furniture - but it was exactly what I was looking for. What made my mind up is that a year before we had purchased a 3-seater sofa from the main RAFT store and are still impressed with its quality, look and feel (with regularish plumping!) - so I had total confidence in making such an impulsive purchase, without trying. I have found both products to be very high quality and worth the high price as I know they will both stand the test of time in both looks and comfort. From browsing in store through to delivery and installation, the company is completely professional and I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

We visited RAFT in Westfield after a friend recommended them, and they didn't disappoint! Kamil was very friendly, helpful and informative about the sofas that we liked and provided an excellent service! We ended up buying 3 sofas there - 2 for our lounge (the Marlow) and 1 chaise for our snug area (the Manhatten). The quality looks amazing and the service was brilliant; we are now excited to receive delivery of the sofas making our home beautiful and cozy.

Have purchased 2 sofas from Westfield branch of Raft. So pleased with them absolutely perfect. Well made, comfy and stylish.
I also like that they are made in the UK.

I have picked 3 items after browsing in the St. Albans store. Azin has been very welcoming and helpful throughout our ordering journey. Everything has been delivered on time as expected and the delivery guys were very efficient in assembling the sofa. So happy with our purchase, great quality worth every penny. Love our sofa, accent chair and our teak root side table

As a family we have had a mixed experience with Raft Furniture. Our sofa was super, just as we wanted.
Unfortunately, osteoarthritis made turning and plumping up of the feather cushion interiors an arduous task. We reordered fibre cushion interiors and our experience with Raft deteriorated. Turns out that, as we had washed our cushion covers and had now shrunk slightly thereby no longer fitting the new fibre interiors that incidentally were delivered oversized, Raft would not help us anymore. We had no information to say do not wash covers that have fire retardant applied. Our new oversized sofa cushions had to be returned to Raft to be mechanically fitted to the covers! We have an ongoing issue with them regarding a badly torn interior cover, but to no avail.

SOFA HIDDEN COSTS/RUN AWAY!
They REFUSE TO REFUND MY DEPOSIT after a year
This company made me pay a deposit for a sofa 1 year ago when we agreed all the term. They organised a video call to take measurements of my building instead of doing it physically then after the video call told me that first my flat was on the last floor so I had to pay extra money for delivery ( which was already offered for free by the seller when I paid the deposit), then they told me that I would have to pay extra money to build the sofa differently as it wouldn’t fit the doors of the building and turn! I argued that it was never discussed when I paid the deposit and on top of that I had a bigger larger sofa that I was rented already in my flat and I had the company who rented me the sofa who actually came physically to take measurements and confirmed. They told me that if I refused to pay the extra money to build the sofa to fit the doors and stairs of my building that would be my own risk. So I obviously refused, as they could create fake excuses the day of the delivery saying that it doesn’t fit! They proposed a credit note as we couldn’t agree on the order. Why would I pay for a sofa with a company giving me different price information after I pay the deposit? Then telling me that if I refused to pay more to build the sofa then they can’t guarantee it would fit my building ? I would have lost thousands of dollars of pounds! Very disappointed.
It has been a year! I didn’t find anything else to buy in this place and I would NEVER trust them again with any order. They refused to give me back my deposit! I bought my sofa( bigger one) with a company who came to take measurement and took full responsibility for delivery with not hidden/extra costs . I am still expecting my refund !!

I had a beautiful glass of prosecco, the staff were charming, and the furniture is beautiful (British-made, Preston Road). Planning on visiting online and hopefully purchase.

Bought a sofa from Raft Furniture and couldn't be more pleased. Hosna (from St Albans branch) was so helpful arranging fabric samples to be sent out to my home address. I was worried about getting the sofa into my flat (second floor) and they explained I could have the sofa delivered in parts and assembled in the room so I didn't have the worry about access. Excellent communication about delivery and the sofa is very comfy.
