Our tour guide, Liam, was extremely knowledgeable. He explained a lot about the local culture, the animals and other interesting tidbits.

I especially appreciated he went out of his way to show us the glaciers at the lakes and even at the end of tour took us to an additional spot. We went at sunset which was less crowded then sunrise.

Highly recommend the tour of the lakes with Liam.

The best part of the experience was our guide Nolan . He proved to be knowledgeable and engaging and made our time pass most agreeable. We enjoyed his local knowledge and love for the land he was sharing with us. This is a well balanced tour that I will highly recommend.

Taz was an amazing tour guide. He showed knowledge and genuine interest in his tour subject. He made everyone feel special and cared for their needs. Highly recommend Taz.

Marnie was highly informed, charming, and delightful to be around. She was patient with our pace, respectful and accommodating of our physical limitations and couldn't have provided a more enjoyable experience.

Spending the day with Marnie was the ultimate way to experience Banff, Yoho and Kootenay. The knowledge of the parks she shared with us expanded the beauty of Banff. Today will be remembered with awe

We had a brilliant sunrise tour of Moraine Lake, Lake Louise and parts of Banff.
From the moment she picked us up (at 05:15) Gabi was really welcoming and enthusiastic. She put us at our ease. Everything was catered for and had been thought of, from blankets and hand warmers to walking poles and head torches. The hot chocolate and coffee was very much appreciated in the early morning cold. Gabi was very knowledgeable and kept us well informed throughout the tour. She was a motivational tour leader and got the whole group up to the Lake Louise lookout. A great view among a whole morning of them.
It lasted the best part of a working day and was full of wonderful experiences. At the end we felt that we had got on really well. Thank you Gabi.

We had an amazing day! George was a wealth of knowledge as well as an absolute pleasure the entire trip! His wonderful sense of humor and natural friendliness as well as his care for us made this beautiful experience even more special! Thank you George!

The guide, Ellie, was a delight. Cheerful, knowledgeable, friendly and showed concern for the comfort of the group. My wife and I are slow walkers and she was always aware of where we were kept us and the entire group informed of the logistics of the tour.

The Radventures Tour was very special to me, as it was also my first trip abroad. The tour was phenomenal; nothing I have seen so far compares to the natural beauty of Banff. The experience is forever etched in my memory.

Our guide, Nolan, did an excellent job guiding us, explaining the history and geography of Banff, entertaining us, answering our questions, making us laugh, and getting us to and from each destination safely.

If I could, I would travel to Banff again and again, and I would definitely take other tours with Radventures.

Great experience on our Radventures tour with Kelly! We loved all of the stories she shared and interesting information about the area. She was super friendly and was a wonderful tour guide! The pick-up and drop off was super easy and the smaller group size was very nice! We highly recommend the Lake Louise and Moraine Lake Sunset and Wildlife tour.

Excellent day tour. Great communication from booking to experience itself. Small group (only 7 of us - max was to be 12).
Kelly, our guide for the day, was knowledgeable, helpful and just great!
Picked up on time in a comfortable and spacious tour van.
Kelly explained everything clearly and even walked with us on the trails, taking photos of us all and generally going above and beyond!
The lunch provided was great, fresh and filling. We ate ours whilst Canoeing on Lake Moraine.
Surprise stop was to Takakkaw Falls in Yoho national park. Another fabulous stop.
All in all, a fabulous day and can’t think how it could be bettered.
We saw a black bear running closely along the fence line, next to the highway whilst en route to Lake Louise, also stopped and saw a train navigating the loop through the mountainside!!
Worth the expense for this tour and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Our guide Gabi was phenomenal from the moment she picked us up at the crack of dawn until the moment she dropped us off after guiding us to a most spectacular day of sightseeing. For a ‘Kiwi’ who had only been in Canada for a number of months, her knowledge was unbelievable + her enthusiasm for the beauty and majesty of all that we saw was truly infectious. Added to that , she was so engaging and had a wonderful sense of humour. Thank you Gabi - what a star ⭐

Another fantastic experience with Radventures in Banff, Canada. This time it was the Yoho and Kootenay Rockies Hidden Gems tour. Great locations which were a bit off the usual beaten track but all stunning. Made even better by our excellent guide Charlie, full of knowledge, funny and really caring. We all felt very well looked after. I would thoroughly recommend Radventures for this kind of experience.

Moraine Lake sunrise & Lake Louise.
Bee collected us promptly and was super friendly. She made sure we were all comfortable on the bus and was really chatty on the way, giving us lots of info and answering any questions. She provided us with hot drinks and breakfast and showed us the best spot to watch the sunrise. We were incredibly lucky as we had perfect weather conditions and we were not disappointed. It was lovely too that Bee was so enthused by this, even though she must have seen it so many times, clearly showing her passion for her job and for Canada. Couldn’t wish for a better guide❤️

Great guide (Bee), prompt pickup and drop off and great breakfast and drinks on our sunrise trip. Bee was super friendly, chatty and knowledgeable- made the trip so enjoyable.

The tour was well organised and visited 2 really interesting places out of Banff. The lunch provided was sufficient and we had a lovely place at Maraine Lake to eat. Otherwise, it would have been expensive and time consuming to buy lunch. The coach was new, comfortable and quite and it allowed interaction with other guests. I highly recommend the tour. George was our driver/guide for the Icefields Parkway Adventure.
He's a responsible driver and drove very safely throughout our tour.
He's knowledgeable and helped us took very memorable photos at the Athabasca Glacier & Bow Lake.
The reflection at Bow Lake is so magical & should not miss this place when visiting Banff National Park.
