I personally would not recommend this company or the mikey modular sofa.

1 of the delivery drivers damaged my solid oak flooring as what I didn't know was, there is hard sharp metal underneath every section. Because the delivery driver had removed all protective packaging and was sliding the sofas across the floor my oak flooring was heavily damaged with gouges and scrapes where the sofa had been pushed or dragged across it.

Company called me a liar said I had done it! I would have needed to literally record the delivery drivers lifting it in and causing the damage! The drivers apparantly first denied lifting the sofa in however had to admit it after I sent cctv evidence.

I have been quoted over £700 for my flooring to be rectified, company gave £200 as a 'goodwill gesture'.

The sofa itself is not at sturdy as I'd hoped. Although connected to one another the sections move. The sofa cushions on the backs and arms aren't filled to the edges and are very squishy so I imagine these won't last very long. Even with the feet on, the screws aren't the best and some sit proud, and the feet are metal and have sharp edges.

I currently have all the feet and screws taped and the sofa is sat on cardboard to protect my flooring so to me this sofa is not fit for purpose.

Very sad indeed, my partner had wanted to buy this sofa for his property but will not buy now. The worst part of it all was for a company not to take responsibility and to say I had caused the damage myself.

Yes I can see you have copied and pasted the final responses. This reply came after I sent cctv evidence. Initially on a phone call I was told the drivers had said they had not lifted the sofa in so there was no evidence. I was told I had moved the sofa myself. This is still incorrect the driver lifted the sofa in and moved them across the floor. I would not damage my own flooring knowing how much I paid for it. I do not feel it unfair at all to voice my opinion which I am entitled to do so. I have had a terrible experience. I was not happy with the £200 pound you were aware of this and in response told me to contact the ombudsman. My quote to rectify flooring was £780. You have not used the words 'LIAR' but what you have said ia that you have heard 2 conflicting stories from the delivery drivers and myself and that the delivery drivers have bot moved the sofa. This implies I have moved the sofa and damaged my own flooring. I pointed the damage out to both drivers straight away when I walked into the room and saw the damage. My partner who was present could also confirm this however I offered this and was ignored. So basically it's their word against mine and the company have believed the delivery drivers. So yes it has been implied I am a lier as I have been dismissed and told I have done it myself.

The guys at Quatropi were great. My delivery was for the day before a huge garden birthday party... with 50+ guests. I checked the items and realised that the fixing screws package was missing for one of the two outdoor sofas... i called Quatropi the Friday afternoon and they could not have been more helpful, firstly apologising and then agreeing to express package delivery the vital screw package that arrived first thing the following day... 10/10

Wow the best double hanging chair I have seen, the quality is outstanding so you definitely get what you pay for. The service from start to finish was first class and i will be buying from these again for other household/garden furniture in the future. I spoke to the sales manager (forgotten his name) and he was superb no pressure just gave me all the details i required to make a purchase. 5* Plus

Two recent purchases. Absolutely excellent quality. One item we collected which was next day, simple and straight forward. Other Items were delivered, no mess, was sent a delivery date and two hour window time.

Good service and easy to deal with.

The sideboard that I ordered, although was delayed for delivery, is exactly what I was looking for. The customer service was great and always really responsive to any emails or via chat.

Delivered when expected. Very clear communication. Fantastic seating bench and table. Perfect fit too

Furniture was a great price and good quality

Quality of the furniture is excellent, however all furniture is bought from China and the website suggest British. Hadto send two chairs back due to no thread in the hole for screws.
Customer service was excellent and replaced with 5 working days.
I have mentioned this to them that description on the two sofa garden furniture said it had a foot stool, there was no mention that the one in photo didn't belong to the set. I believe there has been a few more complaints regarding description, hopefully they will re word it or put footstool shown is just for show, a footstool can be bought separately. That's why I've given 4*.
Overall the furniture is lovely n I will be buying a garden sofa next year.
Delivery lads, one really went out of his way to help and explain. The other lad was on his phone, hadn't been with the company long I'd be surprised if he is till with them.
I would recommend this company as furniture is surfer, despite being made in China.

We wanted an outdoor sofa that was made of aluminium but looked like wood so that it could be left outside. Found Quatropi. We also wanted a large 3 seater sofa. Read the reviews before purchasing. So pleased with our purchase. It came very well packaged. The sofa is excellent quality and we are enjoying our purchase as much as we can

We bought this parasol expecting long-term quality, especially at this price point. Sadly, it didn’t last.

"Cantilever Garden Parasol 300cm - Tilt/Swivel Unbrella & Weighted Base"

Through normal use, a bolt in the upper mechanism gradually unwound itself due to the rotation of the opening system — something we didn’t notice until one day, while opening the parasol, the entire bolt dropped out and the whole structure collapsed, missing my head by inches. A genuinely dangerous failure.

We contacted Quatropi for support, not to complain — just to ask if a replacement bolt was available. But because the model is no longer sold, there was limited effort to help. No concern shown about the safety issue, no questions asked to understand what went wrong, and not even a basic "sorry to hear that."

They did manage to dig up a PDF instruction manual from their archives, which was appreciated, but ultimately unhelpful. It's just a bolt — I would have expected someone to be able to identify its spec or point us to where we could source one, even if they no longer stocked it. A premium brand should be able to provide at least that level of aftercare.

We also own one of their deluxe swing chairs, and bolts have worked loose from that too over time — though thankfully those were large and easy to spot before anything failed.

In short: these products look great but don’t seem built to last. And when things go wrong, the customer support feels more like a shrug than a solution. That’s unfortunate from a company charging premium prices.

Won’t be using them again.

I bought a beautiful lamp at £478 and it got reduced to £278 , I hadn’t received the lamp and I emailed this lovely company and asked for the reduced price and they gladly said yes , I want to thank them so much for doing this and my lamp is stunning in my house , everyone loves it , I’ll definitely shop with Quotropi again

Sofas feel solid and good quality so far. Had to speak to their customer service about one part of the modular sofa and they were helpful and resolved the issue. Hopefully they stand the test of time as they're comfy and affordable
