I found a couple of cars I wanted to view late on Monday afternoon and popped down on the Tues to take a look. I met a great chap, Marius, who whilst very young, was just great. As a single women I have come to expect not getting a huge amount of respect in dealerships, but Marius was just brilliant. Professional, relaxed and great fun. Having viewed both cars, and got a great deal, everything was set for me to pick up on the Wed. Yes a couple of things should have been sorted, but the team got everything ready and I am now the proud owner of a Nissan Qashqia, called Lady in Red! I found everyone at the office friendly, professional and helpful. No hard sales.

Professional and quick system

I didn't like about the staff made me waited too long even they see i am with family of 3 young kids,
They didn't offer me or let me do the test drive but should satisfied me with showing me car operational system if possible as i asked him question about EV change over but he didn't explained me well so i have search on google to find out about car. I think, they should have better seating facilities for customers as we are giving them business plus they are charging £360 admin fee. Over all it was Ok experience.

Without doubt one of the worst vehicle purchasing experiences I have ever had.

I purchased an Audi A5 advertised for around £20,000, expecting a quality vehicle and a professional service. Unfortunately, the reality was completely different.

From the moment I bought the car, it was plagued with issues. The vehicle continuously broke down and had to be returned to QPX on three separate occasions within approximately six weeks of ownership. Each time I was told the faults had been repaired, only for further problems to occur shortly afterwards.

To make matters worse, I was repeatedly let down regarding the dates the vehicle was due to be returned to me. I was given collection and delivery dates that were not met, causing significant inconvenience and leaving me without a vehicle for extended periods. Communication throughout the process was poor, and I often found myself chasing for updates.

I am also still waiting for evidence relating to the AA inspection and full Audi service history that were advertised with the vehicle at the time of sale. Despite requesting this information, I have not received satisfactory documentation to support the claims made in the advertisement.

When you spend £20,000 on an Audi A5, you expect reliability, honesty and good customer service. Instead, I experienced repeated breakdowns, missed promises, ongoing inconvenience and a great deal of unnecessary stress.

I could genuinely go on and on about my experience, but the fact that the car had to be returned three times within the first six weeks of ownership says everything that needs to be said.

Based on my experience, I would strongly advise anyone considering buying a vehicle from QPX to carry out thorough checks and ensure that any advertised claims can be fully supported with documentation before making a purchase.

I was really impressed with the fantastic service from Chris and the sales team. I've been searching for a new car for a while without luck, but when I visited Quality Part X, I found the perfect one. The team was quick to help, and everything was sorted out within a couple of hours. I highly recommend

Pretty disappointing overall.

Pre-sale customer service is good (obviously), but then they sold a faulty car and made the processes more stressful than needed.

After identifying the fault, my wife took the car to the garage for inspection but I explicitly asked them to diagnose but not work on the car until confirmed by me (policy holder). They ignored and attempted a fix, which didn’t solve the problem and were extremely rude to my wife on the day.

Having found the fault was not fixed despite them going ahead anyway, I decided to terminate the agreement, as is my rights within the initial cool off period. The staff were unprofessional in my opinion in handling the agreement rejection and made it as difficult as possible.

Ultimately, they have cheap cars which look good at surface level but there is a reason they sell below market rate - approach with extreme caution and avoid if possible.

Overall the customer service needs major attention as does the quality of the cars.

Lovely people very attentive. Great choice of vehicles.
Felt like we were rushed but we hadn't made an appointment so could be why.
Few bits we are not happy with on car but havnt been in contact with them yet so will see how that goes

Everything went very smoothly and came away with car we'd paid a deposit on. Team were all very helpful and friendly. Only thing was we arrived at our appointment time but were left waiting for over 30 mins, a little uncertain if our arrival had been advised to the appropriate person.

Genuinely lovely company!
I was terrified to even consider finance again as I dealt with a poor company only 2 months ago, but the ease and reassurance from these guys was just amazing! HI I brought a Ford Focus from Quality Part X LTD. I think the price I paid was very competitive. The staff were polite and informative and allowed me to have a test drive. The car was valeted before I drove away. I did find the staff slightly over enthusiastic when discussing ad on products to the vehicle however perhaps this is normal in the motor trade.

Had a great experience collecting my new car. Really pleased with the vehicle so far. Mo was very helpful and professional and he is an asset to your company. Many thanks.
