This has been one of the worst online shopping experiences I’ve ever had.
I placed an order and after receiving it, I tried to contact customer support multiple times regarding serious issues. Every single email was completely ignored. No response at all.
On top of that, there is effectively no real return support. It feels like once they take your money, you are left on your own with no help or accountability.
This kind of behavior is extremely concerning and raises serious doubts about the legitimacy of this business. Ignoring customers and providing no support is not how a trustworthy company operates.
I strongly advise others to be very careful before purchasing from this company.

The pyrexhome website has absolutely no customer service. There is information on how to contact this company. I have ordered few items from this company 10 days ago and I cannot find out where are the items. I just received a bogus email about the items being shipped via UPS but UPS website has no information about the packages. I do not recommend this company. They charge our credit card immediately but no information of items where about. The worst website to contact.

Pyrex glass is dangerous!
I have Pyrex dishes that are pushing 30 years old. I trust them and use them all the time.
I purchased 2 deep glass pans within the last 2 months to make lasagna.
Tonight I attempted to cook a chicken using one of these pans for the first time at 375. Within 30 minutes the pan exploded in my oven. Thank goodness it was a chicken. My lasagna is much more expensive.
Pyrex has changed the way they make their products. By my standards, the new Pyrex is not safe to use. The other deep dish I have will be used for cold dishes.
There were shards of glass sticking out of the chicken and it could not salvaged.
Now I have to take my stove apart so it can be cleaned.
Now I am going to have to find safe, easy to clean lasagna pans that will not injure me, or the people I serve.
I just want to say, thank you Pyrex for cutting corners to save a buck so you could take my money.
I will never buy another Pyrex product.
