Purple Granite Anmeldelser

From initial contact to completion what a fantastic service. The whole experience was made easy and the customer service was excellent. We had a person come out to template and then fitter’s follow within a couple of days and they were so helpful, polite and professional a real credit to the company. I would have no hesitation in recommending Purple Granite they offer a competitive price with excellent service and good quality fitting and products.

Over the moon with our new worktop!
The whole process from templating to installation was prompt, with good communication and installed to a high standard. A professional service all round.
A big thank you to the two fitters (Josh and Tyler).

Great service from start to finish, very good communication friendly staff , brought granite which was not on original choice panel, arranged visit to supplier to see and choose granite which was required fabulous team went the extra mile to get exactly what we wanted. By far the cheapest quote we had online and in stores with mainstream shops

Sales team amazing after sales /complaints very condescending. Fitters first team made mistakes but team that rectified mistakes were excellent

Fantastic service from start to finish ,so pleased with the worktops would highly recommend.

We highly recommend Purple Granite; the entire process was faultless. Our Quartz worktops look even better than we expected and we are extremely happy with them. Thank you, Lucy & Charlotte, and a special thank you goes to our fitter, Aaron, who's attention to detail and work was amazing! Brilliant job everyone 😊

The guys at Purple we’re exceptional from start to finish. The process was efficient and simple with a friendly helpful face every step of the way. Couldn’t recommend them more highly!

A friendly, informative and professional service from enquiry to installation and all at a very competitive price.....two very happy customers!

Purple Granite have been brilliant. Our original installer was unable to get our chosen quartz at the last minute and Laura was extremely helpful in finding us something very similar and fitting us into their already busy schedule within our time frame. The communication has been superb from start to finish and we are over the moon with the work to our kitchen and utility room. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Great company, have used several times & will continue to do so. Excellent service & great quality goods

Yet another amazing worktop by PurpleGranite. Their templater and fitters are very helpful, polite, and above all professional.
I have absolutely no reserves in recommending your company, may not be the cheapest nor the most expensive, but it shouts quality, and will outlast anything of inferior standards.

Excellent service from start to finish with Purple granite. Everyone within the company was very knowledgeable about the product advising on stone choice, template service and fitting of the worktops. Upon fitting they even advised us on best products to keep the quartz looking clean.! I would defiantly recommend this company .

Purple Granite provided us with a fantastic service and we love our new work tops.

Unfortunately had to change our initial review from 5 stars to 3. We had no issue with the templating and fitting experience which was excellent. Also the product itself is great. Unfortunately however trying to get them to come back out to resolve a very minor issue has been a nightmare. We’ve decided to just give up.

The worktops we have received have just made our dream kitchen! Honestly couldn't recommend highly enough!
Service and fitting was top notch!
Thanks again!

I have had worktops from Purple Granite in my current and previous Kitchens and I have recently had a dressing room fitted by them. I cannot recommend them highly enough. They are professional, knowledgeable and from initial contact to after sales have always been wonderful. Highly recommended.

Fantastic customer service!
We are so happy with our worktops and received great service from purple granite. Molly was excellent from start to finish in dealing with our requests and queries. The templating was completed quickly and professionally as was the fitting. The quality is fantastic, great value for money in comparison to larger companies. Really friendly and professional staff. Would definitely recommend !!!

Fantastic service from start to finish, worktops fitted in our 400 year old cottage was always going to be a challenge , but we are absolutely thrilled with the results, better than expected.

Sales staff were extremely helpful giving us good advice about our proposed purchase.we were able to go to the granite supplier and choose the piece we wanted. After that it was a very smooth process with good communication all the way. Fitters arrived on time and completed the job very quickly and cleanly. Extremely happy with the end result.
