Installation of my new PurityPro purification system has been such a positive experience, from pre-sale, installation & post-install support. The team in general are very helpful but the engineer Eliot Ashworth particuarly stood out to me. He provided high quality service throughout the installation process - gave me advice on what system would work best in my property, provided alternative solutions when we realised I would not be able to proceed with a water softner and tri-flow tap options to help personalise my system. Even when a few plumbing issues popped up he went out of his way to return (twice!) to ensure everything was resolved - excellent customer service!
Almost 2 months since the install and I'm delighted with the system - the purified water is life changing!

Had an ongoing noise and functional issue with unit for some time, which was really becoming quite irritating, especially the noise as we have an open plan lounge/kitchen.

Customer service from Kerry to get things sorted has always been great. We had several engineers around, all professional and polite but issue still remained.

Finally Roger (MD) came round and installed a new unit...ahh the bliss of having something so quiet and so far works like a dream!
It was a pleasure to have met someone as senior as Roger but so down to earth. We have issues (low water pressure, and badly secured water pipes) both of which are outside the control of PureH2O, however Roger offered solutions that he took responsibility for should we still have issues and left me feeling very reassured that this company and their staff provide the highest level of customer service that I've come across to date.
Thank you Roger, Kerry and team for your perseverance to put a smile back on our faces!

THE ATTENTION TO DETAIL IN MANUFACTURE AND THEIR APPROACH TO CUSTOMER SERVICE SETS PURE H2O APART FROM THE REST.
THEIR RANGE COVERS LARGE COMMERCIAL INSTALLATIONS TO SMALL HOUSEHOLD DRINKING WATER SYSTEMS.
THE MATERIALS USED IN THE MANUFACTURE ARE UK SOURCED AND THE VERY MINIMUM OF NON STAINLESS STEEL PARTS - IE THE SEALS AND GASKETS, ARE USED.
THIS MAKES THEM THE UK's LEADER IN THIS FIELD.
THEIR 'CUSTOMER CARE' CONCEPT MATCHES THEIR PRODUCTS - WHEN I HAD A QUESTION, THEIR MANAGING DIRECTOR ROGER WILTSHIRE MADE A PERSONAL VISIT TO ENSURE THAT THE INSTALLATION WAS PERFECT.
THIS ATTENTION TO DETAIL IS RARE OR MISSING IN TODAY'S 'CUT AND THRUST' MARKET PLACE.
I WHOLEHEARTEDLY RECOMMEND PURE H2O AS A LEADING LIGHT IN THIS FIELD - THANK YOU TO ALL THE STAFF AND ENGINERS.

Very pleased with our on site engineer who came to solve some issues today. Very well versed with the technical knowledge of our smart Tap.

Installation of our new PurityPro system went very smoothly and we are delighted with the result... the water is simply divine. The whole family is drinking more water and the kids, most importantly, love it too!

We have been using Pure H2O for years to clean our drinking water and have been very pleased with their service. Those coming yearly to service the system are polite and careful and always leave the workspace organised and how they find it. Highly recommended.

The PureH2O system was installed over 2 years ago. My family think both the still and sparkling water, tastes delicious. A number of our friends have also remarked at how good the water tastes.

An added bonus that comes with the PureH2O system is the after sales service. Every staff member that I have dealt with, from the people answering the phones, the engineers, all the way to Roger the CEO, have all been attentive, helpful and have resolved the issues we have had - even on a bank holiday weekend.

Awesome products and brilliant service. Its rare to find such personal service from British Companies but these guys do just that, Not only do they manufacture all their products in England within a few miles of their offices but they provide the personal service that you expect with products of this quality. Highly recommended.

Worst goods and services we had for years. Water purifier was faulty and had to be replaced 4 times in 8 years. second hand refurbished systems always had troubles. made terrible noise with pump that sounded like a train. cooling unit now not working for months and customer services refuses to repair it and suggests to buy a brand new system. manager director making up different stories all times and now refusing to talk on the phone. avoid it
Btw we always paid for servicing the machines that proved to be faulty all the times. Every year we spent 150-200£ for services. Had two leaking machines that flooded and ruined our wooden floor. Maybe Pure management should have checked the bills we paid. And now after 8 years expect us to scrap it as engineers are not able to repair another faulty piece.

I am heading a property department in central London with prime properties located in prime London area. Our tenants are HNWI from USA, Europe and the rest of the world, expecting impeccable quality in service and products.
Originally I have used PureH2O with one unit, and since then I installed their products in ten properties. Their service and equipment is axiomatically one of the best and quite often my tenants praise the water quality in such an extent that carry water with them when they go out.
This is a highly recommended company with amazing products and service.

I have been drinking bottled water and using it in my kettle for many years, then I discovered Pure H2O!! What a game changer. I have had a RODI+ installed and it was the best move ever. Not only does it taste fantastic, but using it in to wash my food and use it for cooking is amazing. Could not recommend this product enough. Annual service still works out cheaper than bottled water and I am doing my bit for the planet.

I eventually decided to get a water purifier and Pure H2O came and installed it a few months ago. The installation was easy - I made sure there was a power supply available (std 13Amp 3 pin plug) and they did the rest. We went for the RODI+ System and it’s really compact; I got a look inside the casing (whilst a filter was replaced) and it’s a neat design which is really compact and allows the cupboard under the sink to be used for other things as well. It has been working well, is very quiet and the difference compared to the unfiltered hard Surrey water is astonishing. I know these filters and Reverse Osmosis membranes need looking after so am expecting to spend a little each year on having the system serviced.

We have been using Pure H2O for many years without any issues. They regularly service the water system in a timely and efficient manner.
It”s a superb water system which has made a huge improvement to the quality and taste of our water. We would not replace it for any other system and are sure it has helped with a chronic disease suffered by a member of the family.

We have been loyal customers of Pure H2O since around 1990, when we installed a machine in our health food store in Barnes, southwest London. Between 1990-1998, we sold many thousands of gallons of pure water and many of our customers went on to purchase machines for their own homes. By all accounts, all of those customers were delighted with the product and the fantastic service from Pure H2O, as were we. In 1995 we had a domestic machine installed in our own home and recently upgraded to the wonderful new Pure H2O RODI+. It is small, compact, quiet, quick and efficient. In over 30 years we can honestly say we have received exemplary service both from the service engineers and indeed, on occasion, from Roger himself. He has always gone the extra mile to ensure quality and customer satisfaction. Friends and family often comment on the pure taste of the water. Tea and coffee and food taste so much better. But more important is the knowledge that our water is free from chemicals and contaminants of all kinds. We feel this is a vital aspect to doing the best for our health that we can. Even our 10 year old “bean to cup” coffee machine has benefitted and has remained clean and scale free.

We have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Pure H2O and their products to anyone wishing to improve their health and enjoy clean, pure tasting water. Far, far better and purer than anything you can buy, plus saving on single use plastics that bottled water requires.

I have a RODI purifier and water softener, supplied, installed (over 6 years ago) and serviced by PureH2O Ltd. I was recommended to use them by a friend who is also a happy and satisified customer of theirs for over 20 years! Visitors to my house are astounded by how good pure water tastes and many of my friends and family have since become customers.

I was a PureH2O customer for eight years and recently called them to arrange a service. I am still in shock after they lied to me. I was told that my system is 'out of date' and I would have to pay £500 for a service (normally £250) or have a new system installed at a cost of £4000. And then on top of that I would need to pay them £30 per month as well! My jaw dropped!

I realised that my system was an Aquathin and made contact with them and received wonderful service. It turns out that PureH2O did not bother to change the most important filter called the deionizing module since 2016! The filter is essential for the removal of hormones etc.

Essentially I can ask for my money back because that is what I pay for when I have it serviced. They are operating fraudulently and lied to me. I wonder why?

Thankfully, Aquathin serviced my system professionally and has assured me that my system will last for many many years.

Update: This company then flagged my review to Trustpilot who removed it after they left the following message:
THIS IS A FICTIONAL REVIEW . 'Mr Zebra' is not and never has been a client of PureH2O. We have good cause to believe that the directors of the company Aquathin who they are clearly trying to promote in this review are using Trustpilot illegally to denigrate our reputation. SHAME ON YOU ADAM & CHRIS !

Their comment is simply not true. I was a customer of this company and this is my account of what happened and I will not be silenced.

To make it worse, they cloned my name and gave themselves a good review. I am currently in contact with Trustpilot as to how this is possible.

I have been a customer

It’s been 8 years since PureH2O installed our water filter and changed our lives for the better. We never buy bottled water any more because the quality and taste from our tap is superior. The best thing though that I want to mention is how much money we have saved every year. We live in an extremely hard water area and prior to PureH2O we had to replace our kettle, washing machine and dishwasher and shower heads etc regularly but we still have the same appliances running perfectly 8 years in! I also want to add that the annual service team are always polite and thorough. Keep up the good work and thank you so much!

Pure H2O have been an integral part of our family's health and wellbeing for over 20 years now. We never had to boil the water for baby milk , we've never worried about what our children are drinking and our family and friends enjoy the taste of literally pure water ,without having to add to the environmental waste of yet more plastic bottles. The engineers are excellent and have continued to give us great service in a safe and professional way. We would not be without our water purifier and now our children are grown up they want them in their own houses too!

Great water system which has made a huge improvement in the quality and taste of our water. Lovely company to deal with and good aftercare. We’ve had our system for years now, would def recommended.
