In accordance with the promotion terms, if a trading account balance becomes negative while bonus credit remains on the account, the system will automatically restrict the opening of new trades until the balance returns to a positive value. This restriction applies regardless of the remaining bonus credit displayed on the account.

Nous comprenons vos préoccupations concernant l’exécution de votre Stop Loss ainsi que l’écart entre le niveau défini et le prix de clôture final.

Après vérification, votre Stop Loss a été déclenché conformément aux conditions de marché en vigueur au moment de l’ouverture. Il est important de noter qu’un Stop Loss fonctionne comme une instruction d’exécution au marché et non comme un prix d’exécution garanti.

Lors de la réouverture du marché après le week-end, des gaps de prix ainsi qu’une liquidité réduite peuvent survenir. Dans ces situations, s’il n’y a pas de prix disponible au niveau ou à proximité du Stop Loss défini, la position est exécutée au prochain prix disponible une fois la liquidité revenue. Cela peut entraîner un écart entre le niveau de Stop Loss demandé et le prix d’exécution final.

Soyez assuré que votre transaction a été exécutée conformément aux pratiques standards du marché et qu’aucune anomalie système n’a été identifiée. Nous comprenons l’impact que cela a pu avoir sur votre position, cependant l’exécution a suivi les procédures normales de trading.
