Really works, but slow to arrive and held up in customs
First order was fantastic and really worked well for my 2 pugs, second order has been stuck in customs for 2 weeks and I have run out of chews. My dogs are back to how they were before starting on Pupganics😤

Hi Caeri! Thank you so much for the review. We're so happy to hear that the chews worked so well for your pugs on that first order — and truly sorry to hear the second one has been held up in customs. That's not the experience we want for your pups. We're already looking into the status with our shipping partner and will reach out to you via email with an update soon. We're committed to getting this sorted for you. 🐾

Baz my Frenchie was slowly changing
Baz my Frenchie was slowly changing. I just put it down to him being in his twilight years
Rubbing on things started with his face thinking back then itching his back end he lost a fair bit of hair but his skin is dark I changed flea treatment’s tried different shampoos then the ear itching got worse and the paw licking on sites I was on all Frenchies we’re doing these things. We tried 2 different meds from our vet nothing worked and the side effects were terrible so on FB I saw the advert read up read reviews so I bought the meds after 2 months wow the difference in my Baz was amazing

Hi Cath! Thank you so much for sharing Baz's story with us! It's heartbreaking to hear what he was going through — the itching, the hair loss, the paw licking — and how much you tried to help him before finding us. We're so glad the supplements made such a visible difference after those two months. Frenchies can be especially prone to skin sensitivities, so hearing Baz is doing better means a lot to us. Thank you for trusting us with his care, and give him a scratch behind the ears from all of us! 🐾

After reading the reviews I am nervous about buying from this company again.
After reading the reviews, I am very nervous to order from this company again. I ordered once, and it took a long time to be delivered, but it did eventually arrive. I thought it would arrive via a courier service, but it didn't. It went to the post office, and I had to pay to receive my parcel. The postal service in South Africa is virtually non-existent. I thought I was buying from a South African company. I did not realise it was coming from overseas.

Item took months to arrive
Item took months to arrive, packaging was from China, the so-called supplement smells of chemicals. A refund has been refused unless I courier from South Africa to PA, USA at my own cost. It would cost as much as the item!!!

Please don't believe most of the reviews I believe some of them are just hating or trying to ruin this company.. I am living in Vietnam and I ordered their product and it came in one piece and my Shiba Inu loves their vitamins. I originally bought the vitamins for my mini Frenchie but she was allergic to them and I told pupganics and they fully refunded my money which I never asked for.. this company cares about what they do for dogs and not just do it for greed. I would recommend this to anyone and I will still continue to purchase products from them. 5/5.

Hi Hieu! Thank you so much for this — all the way from Vietnam! 🐾 It genuinely made our day to hear that your Shiba Inu is loving the vitamins, and we're so glad the order arrived safely.
We're sorry your mini Frenchie experienced an allergic reaction. Every dog is different, and your pup's wellbeing always comes first — issuing a refund in that situation is simply the right thing to do.
Reviews like yours mean the world to us. We really do care deeply about the dogs we're making these for, and it's the best feeling knowing that comes through. Thank you for your continued support — your Shiba Inu is lucky to have such a devoted pet parent!

I placed an order in April and still no delivery
I placed an order in April and am yet to receive, after many many emails, most I’m sure where answered by AI as they simply didn’t address the question I asked, I’ve been told that it’s a failed delivery. The issue is that we live in an apartment with 24 hr security that receive parcels on our behalf, I can assure you that no delivery was ever made and no contact was ever made. Now they are refusing to refund. The customer service is pathetic.

Chocco, my beautiful Desert Dog, has his life back
My dog had so many skin issues before starting Pupganics. Hundreds of dollars worth of vet bills which was very discouraging. Finally found Pupganics after doing tons of research and decided then to pair it with the long term meds Chocco was on. We have now safely weened him off the meds and he is solely on Pupganics for two months and we could not be more happy. His gut health really improved and he is his old self. Thanks Pupganics. We are truly grateful 🙏

Hi Christaline! Thank you so much for sharing Chocco's story, it honestly made our day. Hearing that his skin and gut health have turned around, and that he's fully off his long-term meds and back to being his old self, is exactly why we do this. We know how discouraging those vet bills and constant skin issues can be, so this means a lot.
We're so grateful you trusted Pupganics to be part of his journey, and even more grateful you took the time to share it. Sending Chocco lots of love from all of us! 🐶💛
