Always coming up with you new and innovative ideas to make it as user friendly as possible.

Not a good experience so far and would warn others. Paid subscription and had to wait 3 weeks for them to put my logo design on the app. When it finally came through it had a bug and needed to be sent to apple for bug fix. Waited again another 5 days until it was fixed and ready. Nearly a month worth of waiting where I can’t actually use the app with clients. I have been emailing their support team and was told they wouldn’t bill me for this period as I couldn’t use the app, only to then be charged another months subscription fee. And I still haven’t even been able to use the app !
A bunch of disorganised muppets in my opinion.
Don’t waste your time or money.

The ease of navigating the program is the biggest help. The program is very user friendly.

PT distinction has truly streamlined my online coaching business. I am able to programme clients quicker, check in on adherence daily, and because of all the time I have save I am able to coach more clients than I was prior. 10/10 would recommend!

the facility to input new exercises from youtube or your phone

Been using PTD for almost a year now and it has made life as a PT so much easier. Everything is in one place and its super easy to use for both my myself and my clients. They built me my own app with my own logo which again is not only convenient for trainer and client, but is also an added selling point for picking up new clients.

My one correspondence with customer support was pleasant,fast and efficient. Shout out to Matt Boss.

The user interface could be slightly improved and although there is the option to add your own exercises and videos I would like to see more stock exercises available. Also a scanner for the food diary would be awesome. There are however always new features and improvements being added so am sure it will only be a matter of time.

All in all I am more than happy with PTD and I always recommend it to fellow trainers.

PTD helps me to get better results and more contact to my clients. Its absolutely great. My own App just looks like, yeah my own :)

Easy and professional.

I started my online personal training business in January and I have found that PTD is very easy to use and their customer service is great. I always get a quick response back to any question I have. They also offer a TON of content videos to help you set up your online business

This app has EVERYTHING you could think of AND more. I am so happy with it and have been able to smoothly coach clients from across the world!
Things that stand out to me:
Personal (private) exercise library for my clients
voice messages to clients (voice is so much more personalized!)
coaching tools (PDF, Videos, Text)
Habit tracking
I also really love that you can always reach someone for help and in a VERY timely manner. I have reached out on multiple occasions and was always given a HUMAN response within 24 hours.
Being able to personalize the app is also pretty awesome!

So easy for clients check-in, and keep an overall view of everyone's activity.
so many features that I dont know how I lived without for so long

I’ve loved using this platform. Being someone who was totally illiterate in online technical stuff, I’m SO glad I went with PT distinction after trialing it with other platforms. Not only is the platform easy and efficient, the most important aspect has been the human support to encourage, and also constantly the team wanting to upskill and improve. This has been invaluable to me and I highly recommend PT Distinction.

This is such a great app, I've used so many coaching outs but none as slick as smooth as this one!

I've tried other apps with similar features and PTD is streets ahead.

I like all the extra help and guidance with using the app. I find it easy to use. I do wish that I could use the app as a trainer right from my phone instead of being taken to a browser.

Super flexible and robust training software. I've been using it for off-ice hockey training. It's been super easy to set up workouts (including videos!), assessments, programs, and schedules and easily add to a new client. Highly recommended!
