Meeting Dr Karina Woldt was the best thing I could’ve done !
I couldn’t have met and worked with such a kind, compassionate, patient ,therapist!
Karina makes you feel like you ARE important and you ARE worthy of recovery and self care & self love.
Karina’s approach is Mindful & compassion based therapy …
She will take it at your own pace and encourages you to be in control of your own support as much as possible as at the end of the day it’s YOU working on YOU and taking back that SELF CONTROL that we tend to feel we have lost through mental health , abuse, traumas etc etc .
At the beginning I hated breathing exercises, I would get so so angry & frustrated with myself mostly and felt like I was being silly but don’t give up! I’m so glad I didn’t ! Because I am proof that it DOES WORK!
It’s learning self control, self worth & self love all over again , is it hard? Yes!! But is it worth it? Also yes!!!
And I couldn’t have done it without Karina Woldt, if you need that someone to believe in you when you don’t believe in yourself at that beginning then Karina certainly does!
She wants to see you succeed , to go forward with your life and to allow yourself to become more stable and manageable with your MH.
