Had two front tyres replaced and then…
Had two front tyres replaced and then took car for an MOT the following day. It failed the MOT due to badly damaged wheel, but no damage to the tyre.
The damage must have been present when the tyre was replaced, but nothing said. Really poor service, letting us drive away in a car with wheel in dangerous condition.

Booked in but tyres not in stock despite ordering
Despite phoning on Friday 10th October and booking an appointment for four new all-weather tyres to be fitted to my son's car on Saturday 18th, when we arrived, the tyres were not in stock, and the issue was blamed on the person covering the phones the previous week.
The staff member at the desk ordered more tyres and booked us in again for Saturday 25th. However, when we turned up, the person on duty couldn’t find the order and explained that he was only covering. Once again, we were told that only two tyres were available and that more would need to be ordered.
At that point, we decided to take our business elsewhere.
Unfortunately, this was a disappointing experience and does not reflect the good service we’ve received from you in the past.

Exceptional service
I turned up at 5pm with a suspected slow puncture, they fitted me in right at the end of the day, the tyre needed replacing, they were so helpful friendly and explained my options and advised me on my other tyres, exceptional service

Poor Service fitting Two Front Tyres
I bought tyres off Protyre website to be fitted at the Wimborne branch near Ferndown. I chose an appointment at 11.00 and was there on time as requested in the receipt. My car was not even looked at for an hour (I was waiting) and was eventually ready after an hour and a half!! Several others waiting a long time too. This was very poor service.
When I eventually drove off to Wimborne the car was showing incorrect tyre pressure on a front wheel (the new tyres). On return home I used an accurate tyre pressure gauge and found the two new front tyres were different by 2.5lbs!! This should never happen - they should be pumped up to the SAME pressure (both new tyres on front).
I have been using this business for all my tyres (2 cars) for about 25 years. Standards have sadly deteriorated and it is likely I won’t be going there again. Very disappointed. I should note that the staff apologised but they need to improve their standards.
