What went right…previously taking my car in for an MOT 5months ago not expecting it to pass, it did. Now having a silver service to be told that the knocking I asked about 5moths ago during the MOT had finally been found, it should not have passed the MOT and now I needed a new part and 3 new tyres.Had the problem been stopped when previously raised I would not needed new tyres yet here I was required to get 3.
I had to ask for deal due to all the problems. It was not something that was simply offered to me! Pete was great and an asset to Protyre Westbury, kind and great communicator. Steve (Manager) on the other hand was as useless as a chocolate teapot. Unsimpatheic and almost condescending.
Fast forward to my car being back in the garage to fix, I arrived to pick it up and the three new tyres were not the ones quoted. A budget tyre was fitted, it was supposed to be a mid range tyre. It felt like being a woman they were trying to call my bluff. After questioning the guys they happily changed all three tyres. This was when Steve briefly spoke to me informed me it was his fault they fitted the wrong tyres.I left feeling so deflated that I was over £400 less off for something that could have easily been resolved in November last year!

The whole team was great . Steve was very welcoming and it’s dog friendly

The staff at the garage were first class.
Also the price suited our purse.
Not too impressed with your Email Help Line. Towhich we did not have somebody get back intouch within 24 hours. Very Poor.

So booking was easy just a phone call and I wanted a Saturday appointment for the next week which they did and price was good, the guy on the phone knew his stuff and was very polite, on appointment day everything went how I expected, I went outside whilst being done (cigarette) and chatted to one of the fitters nice guy didn’t catch his name but definitely one to keep.
Overall a good place to go for tyres , I believe they do MOT’s and services and probably more.

This place is an absolute Joke, I had my car booked in for a MOT earlier in March paid for online, they phoned me to rebook because a the tester was off ill which is fine. I turn up to the appointment today to be told that they cant MOT 4x4s ive been going here for years with 4x4s, but if they new they couldnt do them why not mention it at the time of booking instead of the day the test is being done, we are in a rural area as well. No refund yet either. I will not be coming here again.

The staff very helpful and efficient.
Website ordering not so good, I put in my registration and selected one of the options offered me which turned out out to be the wrong size for my vehicle. So, not impressed with that side of the system, however the staff sorted it out for me which was excellent. Next time I will drive in and ask the staff to look at my tires and suggest what I need.

My tyre appointment was 4 pm , went into the office , no one around until 4.10 pm , had to drive my car into the workshop , I thought the staff did this . Was told it would be about an hour to do work , at 5.10 still waiting , the man wondered why not done , but apparently it was but they didn't tell him , he said " thanks for letting me know " , they could not give a receipt as printer did not work , but got one the next day when I rang up , nice guys working , but didn't seem very professional

The receptionist was excellent,he was very busy but still had time to make everyones appointments painless.
