Guys were good and sorted my tyres but…
Guys were good and sorted my tyres but I paid for tracking and the machine was broken. No tracking and still weeks later no refund despite several emails to customer services who seemed ok at first but no replies and still no refund so 2 star from me.

Very happy customer
Booked in for a service & MOT. No problem getting the date I needed. Dropped car off at 8.30 in the morning & it was ready by 1pm. The lad I saw when collecting the car was very informative & clear about what had been done & the price was very reasonable.

Paid for a Platinum Service and the…
Paid for a Platinum Service and the workshop could do the wheel alignement (part of the paid service). They re-schedule me for this a couple of weeks after that. I showed in the workshop and the machine was still broken. I'm still waiting for the wheel alignement 2 months later...
I'm booking my MOT in any other workshop

Great service
Great service and friendly staff. My car needed a bit of work and was completed some day which was brilliant.
Have used this garage a few times and would really recommend and will continue to do so.

Very friendly staff
Very friendly staff , had a slow puncture which was not repairable on a run flat tyre and turned up without an appointment. They had the trye i was after and was fitted quickly and professionally and didn't have to wait long .

Never again !
Always had a good experience with Warrington Protyre up until recently.
HOWEVER, on this occasion, I had booked tracking as well as two tyres but the equipment for tracking was said to be not working. I got no confirmatory paperwork and I was told I would get a refund - but I am still waiting to receive the refund, even after re-visiting to remind them and emailing a request which was acknowledged ( by computer ? ).
What a change ! I have to assume that there is no intention to pay the promised refund and so I will be unable to use Warrington Protyre again - there are, after all, plenty of alternatives suppliers.

Friendly staff quick service had mot very happy this is my 2nd visit will be using again . Booking service really easy . Only down side is have to pay up front when booking. Didn't put me off however

Failed repair
Went initially for a puncture repair (screw in tyre) but tyre deflated 2 days later. Took it back - they checked but said could not find any issues. Advised they had tightened valve. Tyre deflated again. Returned and advised could not do anything else other than new tyre! I was not advised this would be at a cost but the manager apparently said it would be at cost. Tyre had lots of tread. Very disappointed. Been going to Jim Jeffries and now Protire for over 25 years. Will be going elsewhere from now on.
