Whole experience really easy - went to the website, found the tyre, booked a same-day appointment, paid, turned up, new tyre fitted, drove away. What's not to like?

You always make me feel important, and nothing is too much trouble for you. Since I having been using your compan, I can honestly say I have peace of mind for my car.The guys at Swad are great as well.

I took my car for a service on Saturday 2nd May and alerted the garage to having to put brake fluid in, when I collected it on the Monday I asked if everything was ok with it and with the brakes and was told "yes all fine" and they lat me drive it away. I then took it for an MOT the following Friday (9th May) where it epically failed it's MOT and I was not only told it wasn't safe to drive bit also that the issues with suspension and brakes were glaringly obvious and I should have been informed. They have refunded me service fee and are "investigating" the employee who ticked off my brakes and suspension as fine for the service when they were clearly not. However this is very unsatisfactory and concerning as I took my children in this car and something could have happened. They let me drive out the garage in an unsafe vehicle and I'm just very lucky that I didn't have an accident! I would like a response to this complaint.
