Naushad was wonderful and went above and beyond to help me get my car back on the road. As someone who doesn't know much about cars, he made sure I understood everything happening with the car, why it needed replacing and what the pricing structure looks like.

I Booked my MOT with Protyre who also carried out the work needed.
The staff were very professional and many thanks to Naushad Ahmed who controlled the work, managed to juggle a few other appointments around to fit me in, kept me informed throughout and stuck with the original cost he gave me.

I will never use Protyre again
I will never use Protyre again, I purchased a Groupon coupon for an Air Con re-gas (Con being the operative word), for my mother as a gift During the service, they told her it was all looking good, then just towards the end they said the system had a leak and they could not any further, they would need the car in for an investigation, this would take about an hour as they need to take the front bumper off the car, and they would need to re-book the car in. When she left the Air Con was no longer working. The following week the car was booked in to have hem find the leak, only to be told within 10 minutes that the compressor was not working and would need to be replace at accost of between £800 and £1,200.
We then took the car to the garage who service the car for my mother, who refilled he system with gas, and immediately the compressor kicked in and was pumping out ice cold air. They then booked the car in for last week so that they could check to see if it had a leak and guess what no loss of pressure and no leak. The garage who conducted the check on the system after Protyre has been established for a very long time and has a very good reputation, furthermore they only charged my mother for the gas they supplied but no labour. No more needs to be said!

Aircon service …super cold….
I was travelling with my daughter in her car and she mentioned the aircon wasn’t as cold as it used to be. I called in to ProTyre and spoke to Biggie and they booked us in straight away for an aircon service while we waited. Less than 40 mins and we were back on the road with the aircon being super cold again! Huge thank you guys for fitting us in so quickly and for sorting it out!

Protyre recently re-gassed my air conditioning, whole experience was great from start to finish. Appointment made easily and at a day/ time to suit me, car taken in at agreed time and completed in 40 mins. Would absolutely use them again!

The group on voucher was for m.o.t and wheel alignmentand…
The group on voucher was for m.o.t and a wheel alignment. They only did m.o.t. the m.o.t tester seemed quite rude, as in didnt speak politely. Asked him if he can see and fill tyre pressure and was told no its not his job.
There was a faint scratch on the windscreen which they've put as crack amd put in advisories.
I couldn't reply to your response. So editing. Its been almost 2 weeks and I have not heard back from no one. So your reply is just to show viewers you will get back to me but not have intentions to do so.
So i have gone from 2 star to 1 star rating!
