Excellent!
Ordered tyres and booked appointment online. Very good price for x2 tyres with Black Friday discount. Fitting was punctual and efficient whilst I waited. Warm waiting area with free coffee. Very knowledgeable manager who was very personable and friendly gave good advice. Overall an excellent experience.

Over and above level of service! Blown Away!
I honestly can't communicate in this little box how awesome these guys are! Seriously! I had a blow out on a pothole near the airport on the last mile of a 300 mile trip, and I needed to get back to Cornwall the next day. I spoke to these guys in the morning, who got me in 10 minutes later, but when I arrived it turned out the pothole had dented the alloy so badly the new tyre wouldn't fit. They then went over and above calling other businesses across Southampton to help me get it fixed that day. I went to a place they recommended, got it fixed, and came back to get the tyre fitted. They then recommended I replace the back tyre as that was substantially worn (which I hadn't noticed), and sorted it then and there. And it didn't blow up my bank account. I mean, what more can you want. Honestly the level of professionalism and service, and just general good vibe from each member of the team, was exactly what I needed. I will recommend them to everyone forever. Thank you!!!

Good experience with Protyre
I had a good experience with Protyre - did my MOT there, needed to fix some minor issues and they are very helpful and made me save some money.

Honest and dependable
Lawrence is honest and helpful as always and his team did a great job on keeping my 18 year old car on the road. Both earlier in my the year during my service and MOT and today when some parts needed replacing g. Would highly recommend the current team.

Disappointed with the Quality of Service
I recently had a full service done on my car at ProTire AutoCare, and unfortunately, I’m not very confident that the work was carried out properly.
When I went to collect my car, the service sheet hadn’t been completed. A very young staff member filled it in by hand, trying to remember what had been done, which didn’t inspire much confidence. There were also several issues flagged during the MOT, and I requested a quote to fix everything. It’s now been over a month, and I’m still waiting for that quote.
To make matters worse, just a month after the service, my car displayed a warning to refill the oil — which makes me question whether the oil levels were ever checked or changed.
I paid for a Gold service, I don’t feel reassured that it was done properly. Unfortunately, I’ll now need to take the car elsewhere to have the service redone.

Replacement tyres on van
Booked and purchased online 2 new tyres for my van. Work was completed within 1.5 hours of my booking time (included tracking check and adjustment) and Protyre rotated the tyres on the vehicle as I requested. Competitive cost and good service.
