Staff very friendly and helpful. Their advice and understanding was very much appreciated as I have recently lost my husband and still learning how to look after my car.

Needed my aircon refreshed
Needed my aircon refreshed. Friendly people, service was done quick, in full view from the waiting area so I could see it going on, and the aircon now blows ice cold. Great price, good discount too. Was able to book in for the same day online.

Price not honoured
Wanted to have 3 tyres fitted to our car and did some research online for the cheapest price locally. Protyre's website said they could fit 3 tyres for £497.52. Spoke to the local branch about these tyres and getting the car booked in. I told them I would order the tyres online and only needed them to book the car in for an early date, the guy on the phone said 'too late, I've already ordered them'. On the day of the booking they informed us that they would not be honouring that price and if we wanted them fitted we would have to pay somewhere nearer £570 as the garage wasn't willing to take the lose on the website price. Absolutely disgusting behaviour from what is meant to be a reputable business.

Nice guy on reception, everyone else looked at me like I had shit on my face. Really welcoming . Brought car in for wheel alignment and to ensure steering wheel was straight. Drove car home with steering still wonky

I Had my air con re gassed. Quick and efficient service, friendly and helpful staff.

I was dealt with straight away
I was dealt with straight away, even though it was going to take them past their closing time. The work was carried out to a good standard and there was no pressure on 'add-on' sales. The air-con was refilled but not cleaned out which was what was really needed.

Don't go to Protyre
I took a brand new tyre and a brand new wheel asking them just to fit the tyre on the wheel,again both brand new with tags and labels on! They refused because apparently I haven't bought the tyre and wheel from them! Absolute disgrace! I'll never ever go to them even if they're the last tyre shop in existence!
