Great Service
Gareth with little to work on except my diagnosis. Tried his best to resolve a clutch pedal issue. Not sure if it’s cured yet. Very helpful and fitted the work in quickly.

The part needed for my wasn't in stock but they ordered it straight away and my car was fixed the same day.

Really helpful and honest team
Really helpful and honest team. We thought the brake pads needed doing and they looked while doing mot and told us they were fine with no charge.

Fait accompli.
The car was taken to the workshop for a quotation to rectify the fault. (It was a speed fault with the fan). When we enquired about the cost it was quite high. The mechanic was told we would obtain a comparison quote. We were the told they would charge for the reassembly. This created a situation where we felt pressured to remain with the company as a fait accompli. When the car was returned it had a fault that should have been dealt with at the post work inspection.

Trust this place more than anywhere
Even though I’ve moved further away, I always got to Protyre at Mosborough as they do such a good job and totally trustworthy. Been getting my MoT, tyres, brakes and servicing done there for a few years now. My only suggestion for improvement is answering the phone sooner - it can be tricky to get through sometimes.

Ordered and booked on line after checking prices at a few online, mobile & other tyre places, Protyre very competitive, booked my slot, arrived on time & they were fitted straight away, very polite, great service.

MOT review
It is important to me to feel like i can trust a garage and that the staff are respectable. I have been taking our cars to Protyre for a while because of this. The service there is also consistent, and they always ask if you want to help yourself to a coffee as you wait, and the car passed its mot again!
