The guys were very polite, helpfulll and welcoming. Although it took quite a long time to have 2 tyres fitted and the tracking checked, their attention was so nice that I have forgiven them for the wait.

With( guy from Hammersmith and Fulham) but what lovely service these people offer. I arrived and they dealt with me swiftly and efficiently, offered me coffee twice and gave me a fantastic service. Coming from Watford on holiday I’m not used to the friendly service down this way. Even got a handshake when I paid and left. What nice fellas. Best garage experience ever, would recommend this place to anyone.

Just had a new tyre fitted at New Milton. Dean sorted me a quality tyre for a very good price. Lovely people to deal with and all fitted as quickly as possible. Pot holes and poor roads causing them lots of work.

The service at New Milton is always great, very helpful and polite. The staff are respectful and excellent in my opinion.

I've now used Protyre In New MIlton about half a dozen times in the past 5 years (sadly there are many too many potholes across the Forest!) Every time I've gone in they've always been fast, efficient, friendly and good value. Total professionals. I can't see myself using any other local business for this specific service

I had the absolute horror of hitting a pothole on my way over to New Milton whilst having the pressure of getting my mum over to hospital. I dropped in on the team a little early before they were open to see if they could help and they were absolutely brilliant, not only did they fit me in, had tyres in stock and replaced two front tyres, they also massively reduced my stress levels and still managed to get me on the road just after they were supposed to open. We made the appointment in time and this is down to an amazing team, many thanks from both myself and my mum.

These guys are the very best. Always helpful and try their best. I turned up with a flat tyre this afternoon and was fitted in. The tyre was shredded. Options discussed and tyre replaced. In and out in less than an hour. Dean was super efficient in organising everything. They have never let me down and I heartily recommend them.

Suffered a blown and shredded tyre, thanks to the state of Hampshire's roads. Had to be taken to Protyre, New Milton by the RAC without an appointment. The garage were very business-like in finding time on a busy Monday to fit and balance two new tyres and adjust tracking. Dean and Mike were efficient and focussed in rescuing me and getting the car back on the road at a fair price.
I'm sure they gain plenty of business, thanks to the failures of Hampshire County Highways Authority, but would definitely recommend them to anyone in need!

Went to New Milton branch with puncture. They were very business but managed to fit me in. On starting the job the fitter told me I had the wrong wheel security nut connector and explained the somewhat complicated procedure to either get a correct connector from the official manufactures outlet or visit a specialist company to sort matter. A supervisor interrupted and said he would see if he could remove wheel. He did so and tyres were replaced at a good price.
I was also impressed that the next customer, an elderly woman came in thinking she had a puncture. Her vehicle was squeezed in and inspected. No fault was found, the tyres inflated to the right pressure and no charge was made and even a free coffee dispensed.
All staff were pleasant. Really quite an enjoyable experience.

A very helpful and friendly place for tyre replacement. I ordered online, arrived at the time I chose and the four tyres and TPMS valve servicing kits were fitted expertly and with care while I waited. Protyre in New Milton is local to me, so very convenient to travel to, however I will choose to use them in future mainly because of the excellent service I received.
