MOT was carried out whilst I waited,comfortable surroundings,could actually watch the test being carried out on a tv link.great feedback from the tester,van passed so very happy.

I have used pro tyre for years now. Great value, great customer service and great efficiency. Never had an issue, or time scale missed.
They supported me effortlessly with my MOT failure and got everything sorted out within the day.

Car left unlocked with window open
Really unimpressed with the treatment from staff today. Man at the desk with grey hair was very blunt and rude, said he would contact me when my car was ready but didn’t. Then when I went to see if my car was ready, it was unlocked and the window was open, luckily I didn’t leave anything valuable in my car. When I come in to collect my keys, he said he couldn’t see them when they were right next to him and mumbled something under his breath.

Very impressed
I used the online service to purchase the tyres and book the fitting slot. The website was so easy to use and the price was competitive. When I arrived at the garage, the fitters started on my car almost immediately and I sat in the waiting room until my car was ready.
Would recommend as the whole process was quick, easy and professional.

MOT and Tyre change happy with but they…
MOT and Tyre change happy with but they suggested changing windscreen wipers for £40-50 as they were defective. After declining as I wanted to check myself - just a few small bits of tree branch had been caught underneath the wiper blade causing the streaking. Not exactly a difficult thing to check.
