Protyre gave me a time frame for when…
Protyre gave me a time frame for when my car would be ready from mot and service. You have peace of mind that you will be called promptly if any queries if further work is required, had a guide price given , did finish on a little more then expected. I regularly go here for my car needs and trust them totally. A clean comfortable place to sit and a hot drink available if required. Can always pop in for tyre check at any time, and they will fill them complimentary with air if necessary. You are guided through up coming necessities if necessary. Staff are always polite and willing to work. Thankyou protyre. Will see you again soon.

The service was excellent Pricing is affordable, i wasn't kept waiting the tyres were fitted in a sort amout of time the staff were polite and made me feel welcome nice clean waiting room and hot drinks available while you wait . Highly recommend.

ProTyre replaced my front CV joints…
ProTyre replaced my front CV joints earlier in the year, had an oil change done yesterday and the garage has told me my CV joints have been damaged. They advised me it was caused by cv joint replacement where a fork tool has damaged them. So my car was given back to me damaged with hundreds of pounds of damage - really disappointed!

I had an appointment at 3 30 to replace…
I had an appointment at 3 30 to replace 2 tyres,I only had to replace 1 to pass MOT but I did both. It took almost 2 hours to do this as the person doing the work was too busy on his phone messaging someone. I did ask why it was taking so long and someone went and checked why it was taking so long. I told the person who served me that I understand you are busy but people working there and constantly on the phone is not quite fair. People came after me by about 45 minutes and left just before me. I have always used your services as I have never had any problems but I will be thinking twice about returning.
