Went above and beyond
Went above and beyond, moving things around to make time for my vehicle. Kept the parts to show me what work was carried out. Will recommend to others and definitely use again. Not many like you around.

Disappointing
When I received my vehicle back there was black marks on the handle and windows on the outside and a big black mark on the inside. I didn’t see the inside mark until I was getting out of the car, by this time the garage was closed. I emailed them straight away with photos and asked what it was so I could clean it off without making it worse. My email was ignored. After about 3/4 days I emailed again and have been ignored.
Really unhappy with the service especially as I spent almost £1,000 in the end. So disappointing.

Absolutely no customer service from protyre
Absolutely no customer service from anyone at protyre. My tyres didn't turn up for the agreed fitting time. The manager didn't seem to know what to do. told me to call protyre no number, contacted on the online form, was told regional manager would call me never did. Took a week for the branch manager, who was the only one who seemed to care, to eventually sort it out for me.

Please Find Yourself An Alternative Place to Go
Arrogant, condescending service with absolutely no interest in customers barring fleecing them for every penny. Staff were more concerned with sorting their own work issues out amongst themselves than looking after those who waited to be served. Please find somewhere else to go: regrettably you won't be treated with courtesy and respect at Protyre Leighton Buzzard.
