This garage deliberately inflated my…
This garage deliberately inflated my bill with completely fabricated parts charges, adding a huge amount that I didn’t owe. When I challenged them, they tried to blame Euro Car Parts—an obvious lie. The overcharging was deliberate, the excuses were dishonest, and their lack of accountability is shocking. Avoid this garage—anyone using them risks being ripped off.

Dissapointed
Had an appointment for 8.30AM for two new tyres and an mot, on arrival was told mot was 11.30AM and tyres hadn't turned up, staff reordered and they arrived at 1.30PM. At time of ordering online it wasnt explained that mot was not 8.30. Nothing wrong with standard of service from staff, just the booking not being explained properly.

I wouldn't call it great simply because I had to spend more than I wanted to. The guys were very helpful and fitted the tyres whilst I waited. They got the cost down to a more reasonable amount.
