When my car suffered an unexpected and very inconvenient flat tyre, Protyre were able to fix it immediately, while I waited. The staff were friendly and helpful and provided an excellent service.

Think they did a decent job on the car, bloke tried to quote me £4k then ended up telling me it was a joke and was actually £400 when I told him no? I think it was meant to be a joke but wasn’t a very well executed one… as I say the work on the car was fine, not sure I’d be sprinting back with that customer service though, felt slightly scammy

Gavin and staff were efficient and effective in establishing the issue/problem with my car which was related to the replacement of tyres.
They ordered the tyres same day delivery ,fitted them and contacted me on completion.
I was very impressed with their level of customer service and will definately recommend this team - they made me feel safe.

My first experience with Protyre Autocare in Headingley was not great. Recently, I had an appointment booked for a wheel alignment of the two front wheels in the morning. I dropped the car at the garage around 9am and they told me the car will be ready in an hour. So, I went to a coffee shop, required some time to walk there and waited until the wheel alignment is done. The hour passed and received no phone call from the garage to confirm that the job is done. So, I called but no one answered the phone. Only after three hours did I mange to get a hold of someone on the phone to advise me that the car is ready for collection. The surprising thing was that when I collected the car, they told me that the member of staff I left the car keys in the morning informed no one about this job! First contact with this Protyre Autocare garage in Headingley and the experience was disappointing regarding the customer service at least. I wouldn’t recommend this garage based on my experience.

from ordering my tyres on line to having them fitted on my requested time and date was very good.

Reserved day no Tyre , leave phone no , no one call back . Need to go to shop ask for Tyre . Staff say black circle no delivery to shop and want me leave . Checking computer for about 10-15mins . The Tyre was delivered. Make appointment next day . When I arrived on next day . Staff say no Tyre again. After checking computer for 10mins . The Tyre is in shop . Change Tyre need go to shop 3 times .

Fast efficient service.

To be honest, I use this company because their location is convenient for me. That said, it was easy to get a same-day booking to check my tyres, and replace two of them. The service is always friendly, what I particularly like is that they tell me what I need and don't try to sell me more than that.

Booked an appointment for new tyres, arrived on time and the vehicle was looked at straightaway… Was told would take 2 hours and it did. Coupled with great advice and competitive pricing I will use again. Beats Halfords hands down when it comes to customer service. Excellent garage.

I unfortunately got yet another puncture in my tyre this one needed replacing and the guys at Headingley were super efficient and friendly.
Getting me back on the road as soon as possible.
Highly recommend this tyre company.
